We're still on the island of Bohol (near Cebu) in the Philippines and after spending a couple of weeks here we're settling into province life in the Philippines! We've spent most of the time on the beaches in Panglao, so today we're renting a car and heading to the main island of Bohol.
While driving around Bohol we visit the famous Chocolate Hills where we make our way to to the top for the amazing views. Then we go to visit one of the smallest primates, the tarsier at the Tarsier Conservation Area. Lastly we grab lunch with a great view of the river at Food and Fables Cafe where we try a new Filipino dish we haven't had before.

So glad and excited for you both that you decided to stay longer in Panglao. I grew up in Manila and also lived in Cavite but after the pandemic, me and my husband decided it's time to move to Panglao. It's our best decision ever, we've been here for more than a year and we're so loving it. We found a place in Daorong. And if you need to go to a mall you don't have to take a boat ride lol, although you might drive 30-40 mins but that's fine. Same as with hospitals not too far away. No traffic, fresh air, close to the beaches, beautiful scenery, quiet, if you need to extend visa, the immigration office is also just a few minutes drive. Super love it here and home to run into you guys when we go to the beach lol. As always, great videos, keep it up and have fun!
Brings back memories from when we went to see the chocolate hills and saw the cute Tarsiers monkey. Looks like they rebuilt it really well after the earthquake a few years back. Will have to go a revisit very soon. Hope to see another vlog from Philippines.

Asido from pristine beaches, you may want to do waterfalls and one is Can Umantad Falls, world class, and lota of other falls just check with the local, Bohol is one of the biggest provinces, so many off the beaten paths to discovery.

I had an injury on a motor scooter in Mykonos, not drunk though. It was a strange incident as it involved a stopped motor scooter by the side of the road. As I turned my head around I must have slightly moved my bike forward. Sliced open my knee on the rock wall, didn’t know it happened. Thankful to have had surgery on steps away at a clinic. My patellar tendon was 80% severed. Surgeon George was fantastic! This was 23 years ago. So I understand your hesitation. But in all seriousness it was a really strange incident.

I was in Bohol in December 2022 and I did that same paddleboard tour you went to. Only difference is the rainy weather at the time so the Loboc River was brown unlike the turquoise you showed in the video.

Yup driving in Phil’s is scary to me I can’t do it be careful guys pedestrians there are not aware of cars they just cross in the street so quick make sure Trevor foot is always ready and quick in the brake. Anna the glasses is cute it looks good on ‘ya.

How come its not worth the drive?have u not seen national geographic channel when they explained why we need to visit chocolate hills? Apparently the hills are limestone rocks,they’re made of corals.. place believed to be submerged in water millions of years ago..
