- This job interview was set up by the owners of Pets Plus. Josh is the manager of the Philadelphia store and was asked to come to the Lansdale store to interview Tetse. He had no idea who we were. The rest is history.

Wasn't an interview really, but I used to work for a call center and a corporate big wig came in to talk to a small group of employees about the site and that thing, and this girl passed the fuck out. Snoring and everything, guy asked her to wake up and she got hella lippy and bitched the poor guy out haha.

That was hilarious. How the hell do you decide the personal quarks and ticks that your character is going to have? It's really impressive. Kudos to the interviewer for remaining so professional. He could have been really mean about this, but remained down to earth about the situation even behind closed doors with his boss. Interviewing people is part of my job and I would have been way more harsh when my boss inquired about the interview. For the character portrayed, I don't scoff at the parolee as much as I feel sorry for him. He reminds me of an old friend who had an extensive record. Having to work never fit him and always led to him relapsing on drugs to deal with the stress, which would just lead to him being locked up all over again. It was a vicious cycle.
How am I only just seeing this! His characters are sublime!
