I got a clicking throttle body no start, engine light flashes on/off in time with throttle body clicking,
what you reckon? heard of it before? its ve 2010
This isn't a throttle body issue. It's a turn key no crank. Heaps of things could cause this.

Many things. Try a scan tool

Hi,
Just cleaned mine after removing it, after reinstalling everything.. I experienced 3 issues
1 - engine kept idling high at about 1100 rpm for like 3 days even after warming up and even after a 2 hour trip
2 - rpm surge on idle like every 3 seconds with a high pistons knocking sound almost like engine would stall.
3 - very high & continuance pistons knocking sound while accelerating (with medium engine load only) from 1000-1800 rpm as if there is a bad fuel (ps. no knocking at all if I increased engine load considerably even in same gear
- medium load = high knocking
- high load = no knocking at all
Did a throttle relearn by my vcm & idle issue is now fixed it idles now at 650esh rpm
But the 2 other issues remains
2 - the idle surge every 3 seconds with pistons knocking sound
3 - the engine knocking while accelerating issue

Hopefully you can appreciate some constructive criticism rather than get butthurt.
1. Incessant use of the word "Guys" lost count after a couple of minutes.
2. Should we not be disconnecting the battery for this procedure?
3. A brief rundown of all the usual symptoms indicating the need for a new TB and why a replacement is required over cleaning alone.
Most guys will want to know this.
4. Yes it's only minor but the man on the tools referring to a quarter inch drive as a "one fourth" is not exactly confidence inspiring for diyers putting their faith in your abilities..
5. In my opinion the most obvious mistake of the entire video is after you've installed the new TB why didn't you START THE ENGINE??? This is the most important part when trying to build a repore with your audience, we are supposed to trust in your knowledge, experience and expertise.
These are just a few obvious things that really stood out for me, very easy to fix the next time you make an instructional video. Imo.

Battery doesn't need to be disconnected. My jobs to show how to Replace it, not diagnose it or fix any issues.
