You forgot to lube the guide pins and to clean the disk rotor after you finished the operation, in order to be 100% clean before moving the vehicle.

Why is there a different car at the beginning and end of the video than when changing the brakes? A little unnecessary. Everyone sees the difference between 5 screws and 4 screws on the disk. Otherwise nice instructions.

Many many thanks for this tutorial! This video helped me to replace the front pads and rotors on my megane 3. I never did such work on my car and this video helped a lot.
I like to do repairs and I don't like to pay other for things I could do by myself, I just made sure that I have everything before I started the job including axle stands. I did the job a couple of months ago and I just came back to the video to say thank you.
If I remember correctly on my megane 3 (right hand drive) the torx key for the rotor was size 40 and the hex key was 7 but luckily I had them.
I took me 4-5 hours to do the job properly including a good cleaning with a steel brush, I know that a mechanic could have done it in less than an hour but for me it was the first time and I saved 100 pounds on labour at least.
    Cheers!

We do not lubricate the hub with any copper grease, etc

Wait… so the front disks don’t have the wheel bearings integrated? I changed the rears last year and those came with the bearings attached. I thought it was very convenient.
    We’re talking about a 2014 Megane III.

Hi @Stephen Lee. Depending of the rust, the salt on the road and plenty other things, it can be either easy or horrific. A little bit of strength is also appreciated.
      Good luck!

I went to many garages today for a quote on the price to change all four discs and pads on a megane mk3 some garages were quoting me £700 British pounds and some £600 the cheapest quote was £450 still too much i ordered the parts on ebay for £150 and i will do the work myself after seing seems like a very easy job then why are garages charging so much lol
