Nice, clear guide. I would just add that it may help to loosen the bleed screw before pressing the primer the first few times, just until fuel is seen leaving the bleed pipe. Otherwise, like me to will introduce air into the system and struggle to restart the van

Personally I loosen the bleed nipple and attach a brake bleeder rather than open the fluid Reservoir, keeping the Reservoir sealed prevents any possibility of the fluid getting contaminated or absorbing water from the atmosphere (brake fluid is hygroscopic).

Just took my 2013 Fiat 500 Lounge for MOT today.The passengers side H7 bulb was loose and giving off bad beam.Previous owner had fitted H7 in wrong position.I turned it around and it clicked in to place.

I find this video very usefull. Also, I would add that during the process of putting the filter back together, should be filled up with diesel to tge top (maybe 0.7 l). Also, I not sure if the fuel pump works every time you put the key in place, but I did it couple of times... The engine started without any problem... Go DIY!

Do I need a torque wrench for this job?
