- Here is a follow up video with minimal variables of side-by-side comparison of the Hario Pegasus and the Hario V60. In this video we used a different pouring technique so as to minimize the advantages of the V60 vs the Pegasus.

Yes I am also playing with the Pegasus to discover ways of using it properly too. Oh by the way we had a competition here in the Philippines and the Pegasus won over ceramic v60, plastic v60 and the double stainless stell dripper. You might want to check that out too!

Hey! This was great! Such a huge improvement on how you considered presenting each brewer. Regardless that it was the same result, for the viewer it was much clearer what the real differences were. Excited to see what you discover can be unlocked from brew methods that differ from the v60.

Have you tried single pour-ing, on this pegasus thing?
No actually, i havent tried it. Im practicing for a competition right now so i really cant play with the drippers, but soon i will be able to try different techniques for the pegasus :)
Does the Pegasus dripper resemble the taste profile as melitta dripper?
