Really great production value. But some constructive criticism: Would have found this more informative if you used the same grinder for each. And don't feel pressured to do both at the same time. One at a time, using the same scale, maybe even try the same filters. Focusing on the timings of each pour, etc. This is such a nuanced topic, and introducing variables needlessly isn't so helpful. For you, I think there is value in being able to taste test side by side with products that were brewed at the same time, but for us, there's skepticism induced from the outset.

Actually my line of work is really in the production that's why i am able to do these. At the same time i just started to revamp my channel. Thank you so much for noticing! I will keep trying to make the videos better each day :)

I would have used the same grinder for both samples
The trailmaster and c40 is practically the same grinder.

Do Hario produce their own filters for the new dripper? Would also be interesting if you could compare it with the Kalita/Melitta
Actually they did make a dedicated filter for the pegasus, i just havent had the chance get one of those bec its not yet available in the Philippines.

This new Hario dripper is just a Melitta wedge dripper. And smaller! Disappointed in Hario, to say the least
The main diff would be in the design inside the dripper where the pegasus still has the same spiral lines and a bit of an oval shape. This promotes a different water movement while brewing
master hi try using the daiso filter not too much costing rather than pegasus paper and filtropa im using robusta arabica meduim fine 15grm coffee and 240 water 90degrees
Actually yun ang gamit ko nung una master, kasi hindi pa available agad agad yung pegasus filters. Okay din siya mas mura!
