Per my Apple Watch , lol I have been walking and closed all my rings for 21 days in a row ! 🙌🏾💫 My clothes fit better, so I lost inches , I lost 4 lbs , I drink more water, and watch what I eat more . Shoot , I’m not about to “unwalk” lol 😂😅
