A little extra Liquid laundry detergent applied directly on to any stain, rub it into the fabric well then wash with your regular amount of detergent. I use the Earth Breeze laundry sheets that are mailed to me each month so I put a couple of those in some water and Shake It Up really well. If you are taking probiotics make sure that you are taking a supplement that also has prebiotics as well. Probiotics are the live microorganisms that help to maintain a healthy gut. Prebiotics are the foods that support our microflora.

Well most people have gastrointestinal problems but don't even know it. Well most people have gastrointestinal problems but don't even know it. With the food we intake there are a lot of things you can't control - especially if you don't have the time for a routine with food. Wheat and gluten, overdose of lactose, too many chickpeas, soybeans etc. Not even mentioning the stuff that is on or in food for the transport or storage of it. And a lot of bigger issues you have with your body can be a sympton of your digestive system - especially your colon. Supporting it with probiotics is not a bad idea, especially if you often suffer from stomach aches or feeling bloated after eating.
While I support the more healthy version of eating good and wholesome food as a better alternative, life doesn't play like that and often times you don't have the money, patience or time for that. So supporting your body is really a good choice.
And while yes, our ancestors didn't need stuff like that - they also didn't have the same kind of foods that we eat now, and also didn't have the same chemical load we have nowadays.
Just today I read an article that talked about a study. They gave mice inulin and they developed liver cancer. Inulin is often in probiotics. We really shouldn't overdo it with supplements. They are not regulated by the FDA

Yes ma'am SHOUT is fantastic. I swear by it. I started using it when I had my youngest son and now when I give his clothes away, he's 5 now, everyone always asks how I kept his clothes so clean looking and stain free. 2.100% Silk underwear, so you can get those stains,when you wash them out ! by hand, not machine wash.
3.) You must wash yourself, twice a day with 100% organic soap.For deodorant use a slice of lemon, for arm pits.😊

A mix ive made..works very well;
1 equal part Borax/ 1 part peroxide/1 part baking soda/ 1 part dawn..mix paste..put on any stain leave overnight wash as usual. You can make a batch of this for all laundry stains!
