- I have to sell what I can to keep going. It's disappointing but unavoidable, and this isn't the end. Otherwise, it WILL be the end.

It's better for business muzzy when you hold all the cards yourself
You are doing the right thing paul you are better of working by yourself 👍👍👍👏👏👏👏
Load up all the old dead batteries you've got. They should get you a few quid.
Completely agree about dropping the joint venture... there's no motivation for any of the participants to actually invest their own time and effort let alone money.
That Andrew 45 was always a reluctant starter when Boaty used it..
Totally agree John 😊
Cleaning up Milnrow 1 engine at a time.
Price of scrap metal is at a good rate at the min we've had all our non ferrous in to the docks mid week get your old alloy wheels thrown in you'll see a decent return on alloy
BOOM! Clear yard. BOOM! More space. BOOM! Zs180 up and running. 😊
Are you being Barry Scott? 😅
@@ProjectNigel Cilit bang! BOOM and dirt is gone!
Upsetting for people who have no intention of buying it... 😂
Sounds like some good decisions there Paul. Great to see that you're making progress!
Great job Paul ! 😊 you honestly can’t beat a good clear out. And even made better when it earns you some £! 💰
With some of the items in the lock up. Id take some photos and get them advertised on socials & eBay. I bet most will sell quite easy. 🤗
What a fantastic car Charles? Truly is…He really is paying his way in the Yard of dreams. 😊
Also I like the sound of you going back to your old ways of you buying Rovers & selling them. Then there ain’t 3 people having to pocket the profits. Which might make them more attractive & affordable to enthusiast. 👍🏼
I've got two p6 full wiring looms that might as well go to the scrap man. I don't think I'd get much to be fair
you can't beat a moment of clarity
I have never run out of petrol or diesel in a car or lorry 😂😂😂😂😂
Only happened to me once 25 yards from the petrol station in a 7.5 ton
No neither have i, you should never let a diesel run below half a tank
I've a 45 parked up July 2020,last year Trent offered £250. This Easter after another £300 spent on garage rent arranged to get rid but offer by email was £1. weekend reflection they phoned after I'd said I keep it they raised offer to £161 I've still got it.plus a 25. Needs a sort out of lockup too.
I 100% support you in this endeavor, Mustard. You must prioritise yourself and it's not selfish to do that when you're the one who suffers the negativity if you don't.
Good job and getting a handle on the Yard situation. Especially in the lower lockup.... think of the room. You just might get three cars down in there 👌👍🚗🚗🚗. Maybe even a slot for Tom and the 500-HP Rover project..... just to clear up the front of the Yard. Might even get a smile out of the Landlord. Meh... Landlords never smile,I know...I am one 👀🤪😛!!
Great progress! Charles? Is really paying his way, plus as you say it's good to buy something substantial and useful with your money, as even in Lidl 200 quid doesn't go all that far 😊
Yes mate, great times ahead
Be the master of your own destiny Mr Mustard tis only way.
Shame you had to weigh it all in but if no one wants it money is money.
100% agree
Well done Paul, needed doing and bringing some dosh in too! Time for a few changes by the looks of it. Once you've got a yard, all ya mates want to fill it up with their motors...I know that feeling too well. Keep clearing all the crap out...go solo 👍
Yeah! What has Boaty ever done for you? 🐈
Totally agree go on it alone, you need to just store your own cars on that site.
All very, clear, a spring clean but in May/June, well done on being brave Paul.
We use Numatic 'Charles' vacuum cleaners for making light work of valeting those legendary Volkswagen 'carpets'.
Nice to see yard cat😺 And good work👍
Great clearing! I think you should scrap even the poor 800, so you can have a free space and some money...
Make storage cubes out of pallets, very cheap way of keeping things tidy and dry
More room for another 5 Rovers. Bert, Doris, Frank, Hubert and Tilly
My old L series Td when it was low on fuel was a bugger to start. Your getting good at this reversing.
I love the 45 diesel , I've got 2 of them , and the newer one the 54 plate one is a b*stard too start ! Battery only has too be a little low it won't go ! And they run out of diesel if already low , on the slightest slope ! 2 lessons their which i have never learned and never will , keep your battery charged , and put fuel in them ! I've never been able too grasp that 😅
Clarity is always good when it comes. Could do with some myself at the moment.
But getting rid of stuff that will otherwise just sit is a good idea, and brings in some cash which is good.
Reducing car headcount so you have future direction of what to work in / fix up / sell without having too much space and money tied up would be a good move for you I think.
Ive always found it a shame you never had the spare funds for an old forklift. Some outside racking even stacking spares cars etc . But im liking the clear out none the less. Streamline and move forwards 👍
It always seemed strange to me that you appear to do all the work and your other parties all share in whatever profit you make. I understand that your financial underwriter gets their share without getting their hands dirty but it’s difficult to see what value your third partner adds to this venture. If only Skik were here to tell you what you should do.
That Silver 45. Tell me about it
Currently without an MOT. The clutch needs replacing as it slips under heavy load
I have heard thst decluttering makes you feel more free. I should really give it a go sometime.
As quite a new watcher im intrigued by your fine collection of Rovers. Could you entertain the idea of a fleet update?
If stuff is just sat there and no body wants it then scrap it all it's money from the scrap yard plus cleaning up the yard will make the landlord happy and that is the best thing to do 👍
Havent you got any cats to weigh in you are always filming them in the yard .😆
I bet that made you sad
Be on your own, you're better off.
