Hi everyone! So I have sooo mixed feelings about this one. Like I rewatched the final result like a million times and something just bothered me. But at the same time as I was rewatching it I couldn't imagining doing it in another way. Guess it's just the usual thing when you can't clearly see your own work. To be honest, I feel like I've been turning my editing style in some kind of unpopular one (if you can say so), but I can't help it. This is the way I see things, see my projects. Hopefully some of you will understand me and stick around.
Laeti, I don't know for how long I've been making it for you. There is no particular reason in case you're wondering why it's dedicated to you, just 've been missing you :)
Also I wanted to apologize for not being able to realise any requests. Ahhhhh!!!! As soon as I heard this song come on I knew I was going to love it . You don't know how many times I've heard this song and imagined sam and dean's life during it but nobody ever made a video with it and them on it. Now you finally have and I'm so glad I loved this its so amazing and reminded me how they were so young when they first signed up for this battle they fight and it's as if they've been in this constant war and are trying so hard to ,at the same time ,fight this internal war and heal .This song says that and you were able to put that in a video . First, the choice of the song... it's hunting, and I want to take the moment and thank you for introducing me to this wonderful song. Ever since I found this video I can't stop listening to the song.
And the video itself is masterly set to the music and words. I don't know how you do it, that you remember the perfect scenes and moments to use, but you do it again and again with each video, and this is just another beautiful example!!
There are ~ so ~ many emotions in this video, and for me it's a wonderful representation of how Supernatural and Sam & Dean's story feels to me.

Another absolutely stunning masterpiece. I am not surprised, I am in awe.❤❤❤ I can’t stress enough how well you manage to capture their characters, again and again, bringing forth new facettes in every video, and how perfect your transitions are and the parallels you draw. Especially the bit around 1:38, when they were comforting eachother, and that little pat on the shoulder, absolutely kill me😭😭😭
The only thing that im my humble opinion could have maybe made this one EVEN better would have been some voiceovers, because you always manage to rip our souls to shreds with these, and time them so well with the music and the scenes you use. But I think I understand why you did it like this. The song is so sad, but somehow calm and soothing at the same time, and the scenes flow perfectly with the music and no voiceovers are really needed.

and with voiceovers I don't know man, it seems like I'm a little broken in this sense. Like whener I try to work with them something goes wrong and just doesn't come in one proper story. And this project I've tried a couple voiceovers, but in my opinion they would've made a video worse.

Amazing... You are a very talented vidder, and I loved that you used clips from s10 and s11. Either I'm looking in the wrong places, or no one is doing vids using the latest two season. I think s11 especially deserves some video love. So thanks again. I love this music, as well, just about every one of their songs sends me to tears.
thank you so much! about using 10-11 gues you're right. I see people use episode Baby a lot (no wonder here of course) and scenes with Dean's MOC storyline from s10, but generally yeah not so much. My guess is that vidders(myself too) try to capture the "old" atmosphere of the show from first seasons, because it was absolutely fantastic, but it's really challenging to do with present seasons,so probably that's why (maybe not even always on purpose) they use more previous seasons.

This, this was really moving. I'm particularly fond of the first minute, (and the moment from 1:40 to 1:53 is to die for) but everything is charged with emotions. I just want to re-watch all the first seasons now... I have too many feelings.
What do you say that you've "been turning my editing style in some kind of unpopular one" ? I have noticed it has changed, but why unpopular ? ( If i can ask).
you know, it's really random with the songs. Usually when I try to find something on purpose I never can, but sometimes I'm casually listening music and bam - "that fits spn so good daaamn!"
to be honest I adore you for your questions! it's really cool to see a person being so interested in vidding. I always like how you notice details or when there's a new coloring or some parallels, you just can tell that you're passionate about it and I'm pretty much the same, so that's awesome :) I'm not sure I can explain my opinion though.. just as far as I can tell I think the videos which have most of views and likes and just love in general are the ones with most popular scenes or the most intense , just "the most" if you know what I mean. And more popular songs. Like compare the song "rule the world" and for example radical face' "goodbye, goodbye". You can say that using a song like "rule the world" is a win-win thing, because it's just so epic and you can use all those most important scenes in the show and with other one you kind of need to twist your brains a little to handle the lyrics. It's just not for such big audience. I don't know if I am right about of this and there's no way I'm trying to say like I'm some sort of unique or special or better, hell I enjoy all those epic vids, I just don't think that what I do lately is for big amount of people. I expect subscribers turing into unsubscribers in the future.

What I've tried to say is that I don't know if I manage to show those emotions that I feel toward these brothers or their story or the lyrics of some song or just some topic. I do it how I can and how I see it, but I'm not sure that the viewer will understand me. I guess I need to stop talking, my explanation is getting more and more confusing.

It's cool that you are using underrated songs, because if everybody were using the same song, it would be boring. Each vidder is different, and what's nice is to see various forms of editing. (Anyway it's what I like) Also, you have a lot of subscribers so it's obvious people love what you do. I can't talk for other people but one of the reason I love your videos, it's because you have a personnal style :)
I think it's better when a creator doesn't care too much about what other people are thinking and just try to create according to his own sensibility. I know it's hard because it's very enjoyable to have a lot of people fond of your work. What is cool with vidding, is that you don't depend on anybody, it's just a way to express yourself in the way you want. And sometimes a lot of people love what you do and it's amazing :)

And secondly last season of spn doesn't give me much inspiration. Like S12 was everything I didn't want it to be,so... but I may make a new one, just can't tell when it's gonna be.
