It's been quite a while, huh?
I wanna say one thing: for me Radical Face has the best songs about love ever. There's soooo much feelings in them. They're genius. And there're no words "I love you" in their songs, but yet they are full of this sense of caring, missing, loving someone so so much uuuugh! If there are any songs which make me sensitive it's Radical Face's ones for sure.
Basically this video is one huge parallel between 2x22 and 11x17. But I wanted to focus more on present seasons. We all know brothers aren't the same as before, but I've tried to recreate this spark with the help of this wonderful song.
Also I wanted to thank you all one more time! It's just there are SO many editors and videos out there, that I'm so lucky that I have you to watch my videos and support me! it's just crazy, thank you all so much!

It's been a long long time since i've commented on your videos, actually it's been a while since i've commented on ANY of the supernatural videos at all. Life was getting in the way and i didn't even have much time for yt, but Alina your work never stop to amaze me *sigh* I gotta say its been a long time since a video moved me so much, i've barely got through a minute and was already tearing up like a baby *sobbing in the corner* I like what you said about Radical Face's songs, cuz they have pretty much same effect on me and when you put them together with sam and dean it's like a recipe for a crying, sobbing mess of me, so thanks for that lol but let's move to the important stuff... my gosh, you girl know what you're doing, this is such a beautiful, wonderful masterpiece, i can't even! *SIGH* I love the beautiful simplicity of your vids, just the way you're putting scenes together, without the need for voiceovers or any fancy effects, just the right shots and scenes and you can make my heart break into a thousand pieces, that's a real talent you've got here. you know what, I actually stopped watching show after season 10, I mean, I saw the first episode of season 11 and that was it for me, I couldn't bear this nonsense any longer. SPN was and always will be THE show for me, but after season 5 it has become, unfortunately, a complete disappointment for me. All that I found appealing to me was suddenly gone and I was just mechanically watching episodes without a lot of enthusiasm. that wasn't the way I wanted the show to develop. anyway, who I am to judge.
so, what I really want to say, that I just saw your video and all those different feelings I used to have and loved the show for, they returned. I actually almost cried, cause I realized I miss the show so much because of great moments you portrayed and emotions that were transmitted. thank you! I even might consider to finally watch the last season.

While I'm sad that you don't find the same enjoyment in the show that you used to, I'm so glad that you were respectful of the people who do- so many people trash the show because they don't like the direction it took rather than just stopping the series. I do tune in to the show when I'm in the mood- and I really, really love some of the episodes and developments that came after season five... but if the show's ultimate finale dissapoints me, I know I can always just pretend that nothing happened after the season five finale:/

uh to be honest unfortunately I really dislike the episodes. Not just like "that was okay, could've been better", but I feel disappointment. What I liked in seasons 1-5 it's a mystery of such things as angels, heaven, hell, god and now.. heaven is just a corridor with numbers of rooms, hell in my opinino should something so horrifying that people couldn't imagine it (like when dean was in hell or sam in season6, we saw only glimps of it) and now it's again some strange corridors. And I don't like the fact that Chuck is god so much I can't even tell. I'm not a believer, but I liked the fact the we haven't seen god and haven't known basically anything about him and now.. the fact that god is just some dude who prefer walk around without pants, watch TV and take long showers? I don't like that show tries to make every character in some joker. Lucifer was SO cool in season 5, he was so cold, indifferent and horrifying and now.. I don't get why there should be so much comedy around all this. Sorry for such long reply, I'm just upset. What do you think about this season?
+Alina0405video No, thank you for the long response! I appreciate it :) Honestly, I'm not 100% loving the season either but I'm liking it much more than season 10, I think. (they're starting to blur together a bit haha). For me, the show is, and forever will be, about the brothers and their bond. It's at its strongest when it's Sam and Dean fighting together against a common goal. And this season has a little more of that.
I wasn't a fan of last season as much because the scenes all felt choppy. They were trying to balance a lot of content and a lot of characters I think, which, for me, led to way too many scenes of characters I didn't care as much for, and less Sam and Dean. (For example, the scenes of Rowena in the dungeon trying to bait Crowley). I think they've been struggling for a while to find a solid storyline for Cas because he's a fan favorite and they don't want to get rid of him even though his storyline wasn't as strong. This season, it's fun to see Misha play a different character :)
I also completely agree with what you've said about Hell and Heaven. The corridors aren't very formidable, they're more static and not as compelling. They could be anywhere, not distinctly Heaven of Hell. The scenes in Heaven and Hell seem to be just people in suits talking, which is a little disappointing for something that's supposed to be more intimidating. :/
Some people were disappointed that after Hell being so torturous for both Sam and Dean, they seemed to be unaffected by having to go back there.
*Oh man! I didn't mean for my reply to be this long or sound this negative!* Sorry! I still think the show is fun and I love Jared and Jensen and Sam and Dean. I just think there are some pieces that can be improved to make these next two (and possibly last two) seasons something really special. :)

I agree with you and I'm also glad there wasn't fights and lies between bros this season, but at the same time I think there haven't been enough bonding either. Yeah of course there was Baby episode and Red meat, but it's more like an exception than a regular thing. I know it's not fair to compare with the older seasons because we know it's not the same anymore, but back then between hunting and main storylines they've had something, some conversations about simple things which've been showing that they're close. And now like you've very well said - it's chopped. There is so much stuff that there's only time left to show brother searching/going somewhere/hunting. Only Baby wasn't like that, which is why it's so so great (and many other reasons).
Also agree with you about second characters. Considering how little brother's relationship development there was I was upset that there's been wasted so much time for scenes about Rowena, Clair (or Clarke? the Jimmy Novak's daughter), demons and Crowley ect. Same story with Cas. Even when he didn't have much time in episodes this time was worth it. To be honest I don't see a point in this character at all lately. Like in 11x23 Dean said all this "you're our brother" and stuff, but I don't know, I just haven't believed it, I don't feel it.

But, like you said, we're missing the bonding scenes like them bickering and being brothers to the heavier, emotional scenes where you can just feel the emotion and where Jared and Jensen's acting is always great. I agree that we can't compare it completely to the old seasons but I think it's a fair thing to mention. The show is nothing without the brothers and their amazing bond. It's the heart of the show and the story.
Can you make a music video about John Winchester and Sam & Dean with the music Can't Cry Hard Enough? That music makes a hell of an impact and with your skills... it can make me cry everday. hahaha
