초콜릿을 넣어 풍미가 좋은 초콜릿 칩 아이스크림을 만들었어요~
4가지 재료만 섞어 얼리면 되서 많이 복잡하지 않아 좋은 것 같아요~
초콜릿 칩은 취향에 따라 생략하셔도 좋답니다~
생크림을 부드럽게 휘핑해 완성된 아이스크림도 부드러우면서 쫀득한 느낌이 나는 것 같아요~
냉동실에서 6시간 정도 얼렸을 때 스쿱으로 잘 떠졌고 얼리는 시간이 길어지면 초콜릿을 넣었기 때문에 단단하게 굳더라구요~
너무 단단하면 실온에서 녹인 뒤 드시면 된답니다~
쌉싸름 하면서도 달콤해서 진한 초콜릿 맛을 충분히 느낄 수 있는 아이스크림이랍니다~^^

▶재료
초콜릿 90g
생크림 100g
연유 90g
코코아파우더 30g
생크림 400g
초콜릿칩 70g
▶레시피
1. 초콜릿과 생크림(100g)을 전자레인지에 40초 정도 돌리고 녹인 뒤 연유를 넣고 섞고 코코아파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
2. 생크림(400g)을 부드럽게 뿔이 서는 정도로 휘핑하고 초콜릿 반죽에 조금 덜어 넣고 섞은 뒤 섞은 것을 휘핑한 생크림에 넣고 섞는다.
3. 초콜릿 칩을 넣고 섞은 뒤 틀에 넣고 평평히 해 냉동실에서 6시간 이상 굳힌다.

90g Chocolate
100g Heavy cream
90g Condensed milk
30g Cocoa powder
400g Heavy cream
70g Chocolate chip

아이스크림이 맛있지만 파는건 안정제랑 화학첨가물때문에 31사장도 자기네꺼 안먹는다는... 근데 홈메이드는 밍밍하거나 질감이 영 아니던데 아이스크림 메이커없이도 간단하고 너무 맛나보여요! 꼭 해봐야겠어요!!

Yay I made this ice cream at home strictly following the recipe! I used dark 75% chocolate and it turned out delicious and not overly sweet! For some people it may be almost not sweet enough, but for me it was just perfect
This looks soooo creamy, almost like fudge!
Oh my goodness, this recipe was AMAZING! You could eat it right after it's made like it's a moose but then had the texture of store bought icecream after frozen! I'm gonna adjust the recipe and make a banana one!

How was it?
Technically this is a semifredo (semi frozen mousse) but it's beautiful and probably delicious. Though this means you could use it as a regular chilled mousse in a glass as well.
