- Always known for pushing his limits by combining freestyle and speedriding, Valentin Delluc is back at it again-but this time he’s taking on the deserted alpine resort Avoriaz. From the cables of the chairlifts to barrels, keys and wall rides, the French speedrider uses the empty French Alps resort as his own personal playground to pull off some insane tricks he’s never even done before.
With huge logistical feats and some technical headaches, From Alvoriaz with Love is the ultimate test for one of the world’s best speedriders. Can he pull it off?

This is absolutely gorgeous. Been in Avoriaz twice, seeing the place being filmed like this is awesome. The rider’s skill is almost non-human.
This is video game stuff in real life! The amount of planning, coordination, and skill this must have taken is pretty incredible. So dangerous though. Any sudden or unexpected change in wind and he could have easily become one of those billboards on the side of the buildings.
But as you can see from the end montage, it's heavily edited, each shot requied planning, coordination, multiple takes etc.
It's not real life.
Avoriaz is magical, and Valentin is a wizard
This looks like the intro to a James Bond movie.
If they ever remake The Spy Who Loved Me, they need to call Valentin to choreograph that opening chase scene...
