Thank you IYW for your help. All young individuals seeking to be an interpreter don’t get discouraged. The thing at first is just to prepare to pass the tests that opens up the door for you to get jobs.
Then in real life I assure you will learn and practice every single day and gain experience. At the beginning if you’re honest and ask the providers for repetitions , clarifications when having doubts you will have no problems.

Does it come with practice? I mean the more you do the better it gets , right ?
Yes, like everything in life, the more you do it the easier it gets. I seem to rely more on short term memory now days more than notes. That is not to say that I don’t take notes for longer segments, just less notes.
May I know what program you used to make this particular video? I am trying to make videos and am not sure how to do what you did with this one. If it's ok of course

Hola depende mucho de tu ubicación, modalidad, empresa y experiencia.
Desde 10/hora hasta 180/hora o mas.
Todo depende del lugar, certificaciones y experiencia.
Interpretes del gobierno ganan de 120.000 para arriba anual. Interpretes de agencias de 10 dolares la hora o mas. Hay muchas especialidades tambien.
The key is to remember. Note taking is not useful. Pacing the speaker is the key. If this doesn't work. Then it is not worth it.
Not for beginners, thats why we watched the video to get hwlp.
