@@bornbrit777 according to people on the internet (always a reliable source) Penn and Teller actually were fooled by the trick, but their guess was close enough that Piff conceded anyway, and they found out after the show.
@@RabbiHerschel that is correct. He said it on a podcast a few years ago. Piff knew early on forming a bond with Penn and Teller would be better than being knitpicky on the trick in the long run and he was right.

The joke is that he's Implying his older brother is the much-more-famous "Puff, The Magic Dragon", but then hits them with a much more common, pedestrian name instead. The joke is mostly that he's not referring to a very famous magic dragon

If you look at the "Y" in Stacey, you'll see how the bottom of the Y goes onto the king then disappears
