I put a 4 inch lift in my last 1500, but I found it was difficult to keep the front end aligned. I would do some research on that aspect before installing one.
Just installed this and the most time consuming was the bump stop spacer, being that it’s hard to get a wrench on the bolt, and getting the top strut bolt off was a pain being that it was recessed and I couldn’t get a wrench on it even after compressing it
Love this! Doing it to my rebel to enhance the Steelcraft replacement bumper I just had installed! Gotta make the build complete haha.

I already have Bilstein 5100 lift struts to level my ram, if I install this kit will there be a noticeable squat? I’m not an imbecile and actually need to use my truck for truck things.
that looks unbelievably simple is it just because it's 3 and 1/2 in of lift or why is it some lift kits you see them changing all these parts or is it because each tire has an independent suspension so you don't need a change cross bars and everything else

What’s the ride quality on this, I bought this already but didn’t realize how many people complained about the ride quality now I’m hesitant on installing it.
It’s varies on what people consider to be good ride quality, we say it has good ride quality! 🙏🏻

How is the ride quality with the factory shocks and front struts? Should I get invest in new struts and shocks ??
It wouldn't hurt anything to upgrade and we recommend it, but the ride quality will be fine without!
How stiff is the ride going to be.....since the spring is compressed with the spacer the spring rate has to be so much higher....
How much stiffer do the preload spacers make the ride ?
It depends but a little stiffer!
Given that the front and back are lifted different amounts, what is the overall height gain for the lift?
3.5 inch in front, 2 inch in back. 6 inch kits are 6 in front 4 in rear so I suppose it's a "3.5" kit.
These trucks sit 3" higher in the back from factory. So it's like a leveling kit plus another 2" in the back.
@@jeffrittenour8202 each one of these trucks are different. I had a 2.5 front 1.5 rear procomp kit on my first 5th gen and it sat perfectly level. My new truck is easily 2" of rake
Can u put a 35x12.5 on that stock 20 inch wheel without it rubbing control arm or does it need a wheel spacer?

I want this lift but am hesitant on sacrificing any ride quality. And the bds 4 inch is well over 2k
Ride will most definitely be worse with any lift.

If they corrected the upper ball joint angle, what about the lower ball joint angle and how bad are the CV angles ???
They typically get corrected all together
But without larger/taller wheels & tires, your axle is the same distance from the ground, so you will hit the same rocks you hit before the lift..
You need the lift to run the bigger tires.

Could you elaborate on tire/wheel fitment? Ready lift recommends up to a 35” tire on a 20x9 wheel with 0 offset...That is a stock wheel size? Most people will want to run a more negative offset?
Bit late but dont mind readylifts conservative tire size recommendation,i had 10 wides and 35's on a 2.5" level with no rub after some minor tweaking with the plastic fender liners. No cutting,just heated them up and pushed them back and zip tied the back part back

Will this level the truck or maintain factory rake?
I believe it will still have a 1 inch rake with the readylift 3.5 sst. A 2.5inch motofab leveling kit will level the truck perfectly and add a readylift uca for piece of mind.
Dosent this max out your stock shocks and give it a shitty ride?
the spacer in the front coilover will increase the springrate slightly but the top spacer will not change it. and the rear spacer would compress that spring more so i would think the ride would be stiffer. It wouldnt max out the shock unless you feel the need to launch it off curb or something :-P
all in all for being a non invasive " lift kit" customers love them
