‼️‼️keep hot!!! I like to keep it over low heat to make sure it stays gooey
Ingredients:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp APF
1 roasted, peeled and chopped green pepper (Anaheim or Hatch)
1/4 diced onion
1/2 diced bell pepper
1 jalapeño
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt to taste I use 1 tsp
1 1/2 cup milk
15 oz green enchilada sauce
8 oz freshly grated medium cheddar cheese DO NOT USE BAGGED shredded cheese!!!

I have a cinco de mayo fiesta coming up and have never made queso but my students want me to bring something...Im vegan but decided to go with this dish as it doesnt have meat. I used vegan butter and soymilk but it still came out great! I hope they like it and if so Ill make more for 2nd day!

??? Deep fry corn tortilla, use pizza cutter or knife, cut in quarters and fry up. Or I use u can come t in strips if that easy for you

A block of 8oz, once you shred it will give you more than 1 cup ☺️

Ella tiene otro canal en cual dice sus recetas en español. Se llama Cocinando con Claudia. No se si tiene todas las recetas pero talvez tiene las que esta queriendo intentar. Buena suerte!
