I made these for dinner, roughly about 15 in my batch for the first time for a day and a half. Lets just say they lasted the evening. I did make mine the paleo version and they were amazing. I didn't even get a chance to dress them up with the lettuce and who knew salsa was that simple to make. I haven't bought store made salsa since I found this channel about a month ago. I used to get these all the time growing up in Houston in the 80's. I'm not sure they are still around it was a place called Ponchos. You could get chicken, beef, or cheese ones with verde salsa. They are hard to find here in San Diego. It is more common to find rolled tacos.
