    NEW TO OUR CHANNEL? Watch this first: • How-to Saddle Hunt wit...
    This is a very minimalist method for mobile saddle hunters. We are showing you exactly how we climb into large trees with minimal equipment, cost and effort.
    This method may not be for everyone, but think of it as another tool in your arsenal. Please watch until the end as there's a lot of information on DRT climbing technique that we believe is one of the safest, quietest, least expensive ways to climb a tree for saddle hunting. I hope you all benefit from our technique. Please like and share with others.
    Please remember that climbing of any kind is inherently dangerous. The DRT climbing method has been a standard in the arbor industry for 100 years. But remember It's only safe if you do it right. Ensure your knots are tied correctly and make sure you set every knot before you get off the ground. This is our method that we use in saddle hunting, but only do what makes you comfortable and do this at your own risk.
    Feel free to comment down below with your questions, We'd love to help in anyway we can.

    ❤️ my Solitude 2.0. I was able to take my Kestrel Flex & turn it into my 🌳 cutting saddle. Added another bridge with a double Sterling Oplux that is adjustable with no metal. I love my Buck saw holder that I also use to hook 1/2" rigging ropes to. Will be checking out your new website for sure! Congrats 👏.

      @@NYSaddleHunter Anytime guys... I always liked your guys approach with adding the arborist aspect to the saddle hunting. I always wondered why nobody had done this. Then I ran across the channel, and was hooked. I have yet to begin the saddle hunting journey, but I am very interested in doing so. Another tool in the arsenal never hurt anyone. I am excited to see how far you guys take the website, as well as implement your two's ideas into the hunting saddles design aspect. I will definitely purchase from you fellas when I finally take the leap. Again congrats, and I wish you both all the luck in the world... Get it fellas...!!!

      @@NYSaddleHunter was looking to get two of the sterling super statics 75 with the factory eye on one end and two of the roll n locks for me and my wife to hunt Ohio public this year do you know when those ropes will be back in stock. Or maybe you could suggest a hood rope that would work with the roll n lock for drt and srt find we switch back and forth a lot depending on location and what trees are available for us in that location and srt is easier for my wife to climb with that method. Sooo a rope that will work for both is a must for us. Have used the predator line for the last two years but now she is into it with me looking to upgrade to a do it all rope thanks.

    • @NYSaddleHunter
      @NYSaddleHunter  Před rokem

      @@terrycalvert7812 That’s Awesome ! Your a lucky man to have your wife hunt with you . If you want to do both applications with the same rope than I’d stick with super static . Sterling is telling me Oct 10th. My ropes should be here. It take longer with the custom eyes installed but it’s worth the wait especially for the DRT application. If you were only going to do SRT. Then I have Sterling HTP in 75’ lengths with no eye.
      Everything I order takes 2 to 4 weeks. Don’t know what I’m gonna do if the supply chain gets worse. Keep checking the website for restocking.

      @NYSaddleHunter  Před 2 lety

      We stopped promoting them back to n March. Took down the video promoting them. I’m hearing that more and more guys that got screwed over by this low life . Sorry we ever got involved with him.

      I saw that video promoting flatbranch outdoors. I trusted your word and recommended it to my cousin who was looking to get started saddle hunting. They took his money, never sent him the saddle, and stopped responding months ago. Now I feel like a idiot. Seems like an explanation or apology video would be fitting, after the way you guys pumped up that saddle in two videos.sounds like a pile of guys got ripped off trusting the advice of this channel.

      Pete & Steve , We are very sorry ! We’re sorry all you guys got screwed, we’re sorry we ever got involved with this guy. We’re sorry that from now on we have to scrutinize every future deal that comes our way for fear this could happen again. Joe and I are very trusting people. We always have been ! We always try to see the good in people . Especially in this industry where we all share a common bond , although we realize now theres an ugly side in every industry.
      You asked for an explanation, I wish I had one for you !
      We don’t know what happened to Josh or why he would stoop so low as to steal peoples hard earned money. His actions are that of someone with a bad addiction and I’m clearly speculating this . Either way there’s no excuse for what he did.
      And as I stated in the beginning of this post , for that we are truly sorry that you and others got screwed .
      We started this channel based on our love for the outdoors and we’re excited to share this style of ours because we are so passionate about it . So when Josh reached out to us about this saddle we were very excited to share it with all of you as well. And he built a great saddle. The downside was that he’s a terrible businessman . It’s also the main reason for launching this business. We want to be the main source of product and interaction between our viewer and consumer. I hope that as this grows and prospers that we can help facilitate and ease the burden that so many of you have dealing with Josh Warren of Flatbranch Outdoors.
      Ps . I’m not aware of how he dealt with conducting transactions with you.
      Did you not use PayPal when sending your money. And if you did why are they not able to refund you ???

      @@NYSaddleHunter I think you guys are definitely great and amazing at promoting this sport. My biggest problem with you guys was the way you handled this. Definitely understand stand you can't control how someone like Josh Warren could turn out to be a piece of S#$T. But you could have own the mistake you made by promoting them and let us all know and not just remove a video and try to hide in under the carpet like you weren't involved. That is really what got me about you guys. The money is what it is. Unfortunately I used a visa and having to deal with them is a pain. Again the money is gone but try not to own up to what you guys did is what Got me. Can't just take down a video and think we aren't going to remember who got all of us to order these saddles from Josh Warren aka mr.POS.
