you don't show when receiving an email from the dvr. I had an error when setting it up saying that the "receiving data from the device time out" and it doesn't work
Is there anyway of timed emails so say it records via motion between 07:00 to 23:00 but doesn't send emails ? I'm getting 200 emails a day with being in a busy area
Do you go back to step 3 once we have the code generated and erase the password for email and replace it with the code provided on the google settings generated code?
What email provider do you recommend as Gmail is no longer compatible because " from May 30, 2022, Google no longer supports the use of third-party apps or devices which ask you to sign in to your Google Account using only your username and password."?

I do not want to put my gmail account password into this app ...Why has Hikvision made this so complicated and insecure ?
At 53 seconds, the user name must be an email address. Not what you you said without the " @ .com " . Otherwise all other instructions will work.
