We have just got hikvision cctv for our church, is there a way I can view the cameras while I’m at home? I have the app and have connected the device but the app only works when I’m at church. When I’m home it says my cameras are offline?

I did install hikvision IP cameras in some remote area and now i need to access it remotely to monitor from other location and setup and configured hikconnect unfortunately i encountered very low signal in the area to have a live feed from other location and i need proffessional help to fix the issue . what are my options ? Thank you, other option is to open the port on router and access it via public ip address.

@@beniamgebremariam8224 by using IVMS 4200 and add the devices under same account, but Hikvision software its not very strong and it keeps crashing, unless you purchase a licensed version

i use to view the cameras remotely with my pc but it just display for 5 minutes and i have to click the camera everytime, how can i view my cameras fluently without clicking on them everytime
there is a automatic connect live camera button in the bottom, with like a play button on a monitor, that will autmatically connect all connected cameras
My install keeps telling me the user does not exist. This right after I installed it and it worked.

Hello. I need to connect multiple NVRs from different location (province) centrally, can iVMS-4200 Client Software do this conveniently?
You can add more than one device, but IVMS software is not strong enough to handle multiple devices.
hi..may I know, how to setting if camera haven't display and at the same time, local device also not here.
Hi, if devices are not showing up in Local IP it you need to do this steps:
1) Change the lan cable
2) Change the port where cable is connected at back of the router
3)Reboot or reset all the devices and try it again.
If none of these worked contact the buyer to use warranty.

i’m on ivms, only my DVR is showing up, And i everytime i try to get the DVR online it keeps saying my password or user name is wrong when i know 100% it is not, any suggestions?

Unfortunately Hik desktop software is not very good. After we tested, we found out Uniview have much better software computer.

@@kristenb5542 just an update. I downloaded one of the older version of IVMS and looks like it worked and my stream is staying longer than 5 mins or live forever ahha

@@DORISCCTV I am not sure that comment was meant about your video. In my case the IVMS software is painfully slow. Video for each camera has tremendous lag. It is important to me to have good access to my cameras remotely from my office at work. I've always wanted a Hikvision NVR but think it's going back.
@@rey_1178 Hello, yes at the moment we heard a lot of report about IVMS. So you are not the only one. At the moment we started promoting Uniview brand which is more reliable. Maybe give it a try to see how it is.
For those of you who are not observant, this is an AI bot. It is not a real person. Watch his hands and face movements and you can see it is fake. AI robot is what you were looking at. If it can look so real now what will it look like in 1 or 2 years from now. This is very scary stuff. Now they can put anybody's face on one of these AI video bots and you will think it is real.

@@DORISCCTV No but it is a concern as to how AI is able to make animation BOT video footage look real. What would happen if you got a knock on your door and it was the police saying that you were the one seen on camera in a robbery taking the money. But it was not you it was an animated BOT they made to look like you?? So, Yes it is a concerning thing in my opinion.
