Thank you so much!! I just started making kandi about two weeks ago. When I saw this I knew I had to try it! I made mine about two times smaller because I wanted a little change purse and I love ittttttttt since it worked so nicely im going to make another full sized one!
For 13:36 you can see they don’t include the next step but the next step is to place more beads until you get to the end as you can see in the second clip when it’s not blue at the top but it’s pink
I know i dont know what to do now but I don’t want to cut this up

GUYS! If you use plastic stretchy cord that stuff can and will eventually rot if gotten wet or just over the span of time. I recommend using like a fiber cord string I think that’s what it is called.. it works and it’s SUPER stretchy and more easy to work with id say because it’s more visible!
I use fiber cord string and I noticed over time it's elasticity doesn't last long either, atleast when I make bracelets

Wait how much string do we need to cut off?
i have a question at 13:38 in the video, we tie off the new string and then we put the rest of the string through the upper beads, right? or do you flip over the panel and then work off from the same side that you tied off the new string from?
This is so fun to make! Except I am a bit confused on how to do the flap part bc I can't see the string on yours and it looks incorrect on mine. 10/10 do recomend tho!
i know this is really old but, when putting on the flap, when you pulled the string to the other side, do you add beads along the way or do you kind of just pull it all the way?

I’m having a huge problem in the beginning with the string, the first strips won’t lay flat and will not no matter how much I fix them, I cut the string shorter and that didn’t help either, please tell me if I’m doing something wrong

You can always cut it and restart, takes practice

so basically just how u do a regular peyote stitch but you skip the end bead instead so it gets thinner and thinner
