Thank you for this, my spy recently died in an explosion so I’ve been in need of a new one.
Note: I have permadeath on, so death means death.

I found a spy who looks like Colin Firth. I got him a pair of thick frames and now he’s a Kingsman.
I literally had the bald headed guy from kingsman but I got him killed and I play on permadeath😥 I was so upset. He had a similar voice and everything

There are two more places that Spy spawn quite often. One is the parking lot of the building on the left side of New Scotland Yard. This building has a statue and next to the statue is a parking lot. Another place is the parking lot of Battlebridge Basin in the northwest part of Islington & Hackney.
How many spies did you get from those locations
@@elechapa7970 The parking lot near that statue spawns almost every day. It's either here or the palace parking lot. I didn't recruit all of them every time because I wanted the cool looking ones. So, probably 3 or 4. All of my spies are from all the known locations from the guide.

After I completed the spy missons, I got lucky enough to get a male spy that looks exactly like the male news reporter that appears in Malik's mission.

Thank you so much for providing these locations, I just had a question about resetting the spawn locations. How do I do that? Do I just have to deep profile and time travel and keep doing that until a spy I want pops up in one of the areas? Asking because I accidentally let go of one of my favorite spies and trying to find him at the location I found him at and need help resetting the spawns. I go to other areas and the same spies keep staying there and I don’t know how to make them go away. Sorry for bothering you!
Yep keep going around the different spawns, because moving around the map makes areas reload, then use the deep profile every rotation. I'll make a video on it soon, good luck!
You shoot them in the head with a lethal weapon and game will generate a new spy for that location. If you use non lethal then they will heal and appear again.

at the north end of london bridge there’s an ev charging dock there and they spawn there
I have two spies as operatives: Samson Salisu and Catherine Regan. Salisu I found by Big Ben, and Regan from turning a borough defiant.

At first I could not find a spy but then when I was just running around I saw one but I did not know he was a spy so I control the car that hit him and then I see he was a spy and now I only got one spy now but now I have 10

They only come with a p9 but if you have another pistol you can equip it
They will look always the same for each spot, or the age and faces are randomly generated?

No the locations work for both online and singleplayer, the only difference is the time that they may spawn, its all luck.

No man that shouldnt matter, make sure you have completed the mission Reporting for Duty, its the mission that activates permadeath (if you have it on) and allows specialists to begin spawning

Its all randomly generated, so unfortunately you wont be able to get a guaranteed spy that looks like mine
