Dude I didnât even mean to do this but my game crashed during a mission in the game where you have to talk to some lady at a bar and now Iâm on a quest to get at least half a million ETO

Okay, this still works but you have to do some steps before you can use this.
1. ***Need game disc.***
2. Uninstall game.
3. Reinstall game with disc, but don't install any updates, turn off your network connection from console.
4. Start the game and play through the intro, after you leave the Dedsec HQ at the bar you can do the glitch.
5. Follow the instructions from any ETO Glitch video.
6. Then, when you're satisfied with the amount of money you glitched, you can resume downloading the update and update the game after closing it. Remember to save few more recruits after you've got the required amount of money, as that ensures your game is saved.
7. After the game is updated, load back into your save and you can see you kept the glitched amount of money.
PS- If you follow these steps your old save will be wiped unless you back-up to the cloud. To use the ETO glitch now, you will need to start a new save on an unpatched game. You need the game disc, because digital download always gets you the latest version of the game, and the glitch has been long patched, so you need the disc to use the glitch on the unpatched version of the game.
PSS- You will need more than 2 Million ETO to get all the clothes and other items, Operatives with "Skilled Investor" perk will net you more ETO in general, so you can get as many as possible in your team, it will give you more money and reduce the overall time. Without any Skilled Investors in your team, you get ~9000 every minute = ~550,000 per hour. I did it for around 2 hrs and got bored, got 1 Million ETO, you can get the rest just by playing the game normally. I hope this helps, you just need to be patient to use the glitch.

Easy way of doing this.
1) If you haven't already, loot The Martlet's Nest. In the circle at the north part of City of Westminster.
2) Fast travel far away to reload the area. Then fast travel back to Covent Garden just south of the target bar. This will (should) trigger a save.
3) Once you load in, hard close the game
4) Reload. You should be where you just left off at Covent Garden. If not, try again
5) Run north back to Martlet's Nest. The safe is within 150 meters, so it will be loaded in.
6) Profit $$$$
This is a reliable way I've found to do this. Enjoy!
EDIT: Also, use someone with an ETO boost perk for SLIGHTLY more profits

I spawned in a pub, but it let me only open the safe just once..
The uploader needs to mention that this method does not work anymore. According to TU 2.30, *if an ETO safe is opened, it will always remain opened, regardless of whether you shut down and restart the game or the console/fast travel to the nearest tube station/kill the character you are playing. If you restart the game, you'll not spawn in front of the bar you tried to perform this glitch. Instead, you'll spawn inside a different bar or in a location very distant from the bar you performed this glitch on.*
Here is another money glitch i found out about it when i was goofing around: i climbed up on a car and started playing a guitar and hacked the car to drive around, i got a bunch of 5 ETO's i went up on a bridge and stopped after i've got over it and i got 100-300 ETO's (don't know for sure) its not much but its infinite so with patience you can probably get a lot done. (don't know if it works with other instruments)
I get around 980 to 1100 everytime, what skill is that on the operator youâre using to get 1300 eto everytime you do it?

Update: i achieved my personal goal which is buying every clothing item in this game & i went from the amount you're seeing up there to (24684e). Now i'll just go back make more money cuz you never know.. ubisoft might give us more stuff in the future.

It didnt save for me. Did everything listed in this video and stayed there just under minutes and spawned me at the last place that I visited which was the piccadilly circus with all the saved recruits and the ones that I provoked to hate dedsec. When I went to the safe I chose, it was still unlocked from before. Is it patched?
On average, how long do you wait each time? I ended up waiting maybe 3-4 minutes the first time now I'm waiting for well over 5 minutes. But an insight would be greatly appreciated!

I purchased all cosmetics for your character and personal vehicles and it took around 2 million ETO
@@Stiimulants The sad thing is that you can only make maybe 300k legitimately (missions and collecting map ETO). I really thought Ubi learned their lesson after For Honor. Somebody did the math and you would need something like 7000 USD to buy all the cosmetics.
@@lykos2738 I completely agree...i didnt do the math but you should be able to earn enough ETO to purchase everything by the time you beat the entire game (including side missions) and considering that you earn nowhere near 2 million ETO is a huge flaw.
