Funeral Sandwiches - Hot Ham & Swiss Sliders - Little Bites Big Taste (Episode 18)

Don't let the name fool you, these little sandwiches will make you happy!
Funeral Sandwiches
Serves 8
1 package King Hawaiian Rolls (16 per pack)
½ pound ham thinly sliced
4 thick slices baby or regular swiss cheese
½ stick butter
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Preheat oven to 375*
Split rolls in half and place (put the tops to the side) in a deep 9x13 casserole dish.
Evenly distribute the ham.
Top 4 rolls with 1 slice of swiss cheese.
Place tops back on top.
In a small sauce pan over medium low heat, melt butter.
Add Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic powder & onion powder.
Let simmer/low boil for 5 minutes.
Brush generously on rolls with a pastry brush.
Cover and bake 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
Remove from oven cut sandwiches and serve.
