Today I’m reviewing the recently released Adidas YEEZY QNTM Barium! The QNTM Barium released on June 25th for a retail price of $250! The Adidas YEEZY Quantum Barium is the second colorway of the YEEZY QNTM which started out as a basketball sneaker and has since been designated as a lifestyle shoe. Just paid resell for it. I actually like this colorway better than the OG. Darker tones make it feel more suited for wear with multiple outfits.

I think ones like having a shoe with a high price tag over a shoe that's actually appealing to the eye. The hype is real.

The toe cap color on the original qntm always bothered me, felt like the color didn't match. This dark grey works a lot better with this barium colorway imho bro

Really bothered by the fact that the different color blocks on the shoe don't even make any attempt to align with one another.
That’s the only “cool thing “ about this bulkie sneaker or maybe his ankle is slim af.

Great review. Glad you made the distinction about the RPU cage being different than the previous lifestyle model and more similar to the upper of the basketball model.
Dammit Seth, I took your advice from the previous QNTM release review you did and went a half size up but you say these fit true to size? I'm hoping they're not too big, it's the one thing I hate about Yeezys is the fit. I went a half size up with 380s and my foot slides all over the place but with 500s and 700 v1s I have to go a full size up to not kill my big toe. It's a nightmare buying Yeezys during lockdown...

Got a 7.5, after waiting for 5 hours. Going to try to trade it for my size or just sell it and bite the bullet paying slightly more for my size. Love this colorway, but I agree the original looks way better, love the spiral knit.

I really like the silhouette, but my OCD can't take it when that X pattern on the sides of the heel don't align. Seth, on your pair the lateral sides look fine, but the medial side is giving me anxiety.

Cool shoe. Waited 1.5 hours on Adidas web, didn’t got it 2 days ago. But I copped the 350 v2 Zebra yesterday afternoon and until night it was still available. Guess what Kanye said to make Yeezy’s more available only applies to really old colorways.

Today was interesting. Sat forever with nothing happening, then all of a sudden back to back carts. Lots of payment issues, but atleast I got one pair. Overall I’m looking forward to actually getting these in hand to get a feel for them.

I dislike how the 3M portions don't line up with the gaps in the plastic mid foot cage. It looks like the plastic cage was out in as an afterthought
I was able to cop but since 13 was OOS I had to go with half size up. Do you think it will be major issue? To be honest, I always thought pretty much all my yeezys were a smidgen too snug in true to size in the toe, but I fear this may be too big
Had the same problem. Got an 11 because reviews for the 1st quantums said to go up half a size. Hope it works out.
Same. Never had Yeezy’s before, but I’m usually 14 in pretty much everything. Had to get 14.5 since 14 was OOS. I hear different things like TTS is very snug, but .5 size up is more comfortable in the toe box area.
I guess we’ll have to find out ourselves when we get them. Dude’s video on the OG Quantum’s said 9 was a little too snug in the toe box, now he’s saying size 9 fits perfect.

Strange question, but are they suitable for fall/winter? Always liked the silhouette and since they`re under retail on StockX, they seem great for fall/winter season.

I’m wondering too, I usually wear a 14 in Nike and Jordan, but they only had 13.5 and 14.5 when I got through on Adidas. I got the 14.5, hope they fit well. He did say the original QNTM were tight in the toe box.

As for the sizing part of the review, can you compare the "said" shoe to your other shoe size seth ? eg. your size 9 for a 350/500/700 v2/v3 would be a what size for a qntm etc?
I was able to get it on adidas website and I got the order number but I never got the confirmation number or the charge on my card. Anyone else have this issue?
