Wish they tell us how far away these innovations are?

Problem with current develop technology is they are available for some people and before most of us have access to them, they be outdated. Old method of how new technology is common used should be change, or we face problem with people with human vs superhuman.
But "public" is afraid of everything, so I think it not change, and some people be immortal (not as they are, but using edging tech) and children in Africa still die on easy to cure desist

Sędziwój you can't help people who refuse new advances in medicine but historically cutting edge tech has typically been the domain of special research institutions and wealthy individuals who can afford medicine that is still under development. As the underlying technology for these new techniques becomes more refined and less expensive it will become more widely available. I do agree there is a bit of a problem though when we start crossing the barrier between medicine and augmentation and what happens when those who are already 'ahead' have the ability to boost themselves and gain new advantages. I draw hope from the fact that these developments are happening faster and faster and it really seems as though these kinds of technology will advance and proliferate so rapidly that those who can be 'early adopters' won't have even a decade of a headstart for the risks they're taking.
Personally, I'm more concerned about totalitarian governments having the ability to remotely influence neural activity and the possibility of 'infecting' people with susceptibility to outside mental interference.
