I can make this with Italian sausage, zucchini, rigatoni, tomato sauce and alots of cheese for dinner this looks good and easy to make yum plus garlic bread and salad 😋👌

With the exception of Lasagne love all pasta, even the black pasta which I've eaten, when I was in Italy. Make it even easier if you are in a real hurry. I open a tin of Ratatouille, because it's a great thing to eat when you're hungry, added pasta and parmesan cheese. Great. I'm sure Lidia won't be daunted to my quick recipe. Thanks Lidia.

I added my twists of course: garlic, Calabrian chili paste, and subbed mozzarella and Muenster for the fontina (could not find the latter for some reason--supply chain issues, I guess) and had the former on hand.
