This is a great workout and a great video. However, he should not be out there going hard if he is injured. He was even comparing the swollen calf to the other calf. His race at PRE didn’t go well, and it was due to his calf. Get healthy so you can have a great season.

I got my Running form from Ed, I studied his movements over and over until I Started practicing the same exact thing, I did so for over 3 months then Boom I've duplicated his style thank U, Great one.
how to start from scratch tho. I'm someone who used to run 6 minute miles but it's been years since I last did that. How does one train to run sub 5 minute miles. If i could do that even, i'd feel pretty fit
