Here are some clips for you. There’re even more videos on youtube if you search “Hong Kong Police Brutality”. See what the police have done to those peaceful protesters. These excessive force used by the police are not making sense at all. They basically arrested any random teenagers on the street.
There’s no way to control our temper when our friends and family injures and get arrested just because they’re simply protesting without breaking the law. I’m not saying putting a man in fire or beating anyone is the right thing to do. Just want to make sure you know for those who support the government, they don’t even need to go to jail when they beats someone to death. Search 721 yuen long station and you’ll know. While for those who didn’t hurt anyone, need to go into jail for months and years just because they protested peacefully. The Hong Kong judicial system is falling apart and seriously under control by CCP. That’s why we protest.

What do you suggest is the right treatment for violent rioters? ( im not referring to these guys ) In America the police would have shot them without hesitation. ( just look at the black lives matter and capitol hill riot ) The Hong Kong police looks like boy scouts compared to their American counterpart. I have lived in China for many years. People there are able to voice their opinion and even go on a protest. You obviously have been brainwashed by Anti-China propaganda to believe that the CCP is the boogeyman out the catch anymore who misbehaves. If the CCP is as devilish as you described. This lady would not be here in Germany making holiday / studying / working and defending her country. Much less return home to be tormented. That also applies to the millions of Chinese and foreigners living in China. ( including myself ) Do you think we are stupid and love to be tormented? Please put on your thinking cap before making such silly statements. if i were this lady i wouldn't have even bothered to argue with these people because they are ones who are Ultimately going to suffer if the flout the Chinese rules. ( every country has its rules including the west ) They will end up being a political refugees or some second class citizen in a foreign land. Just because the west is more liberal than most Asia countries ( China ) doesn't mean it's a good thing. Many of these countries cannot even enforce a simple law to make it's citizens put on a mask. While Capitol storm are armed people who protest against elections that wasn't satisfied their results.
But to be fair, If I was USA I'd turn HK protestors into full blown minutemen, in same perspective of American revolution 1775. Because the communist Chinese government disrespect the treaty and put their own man in charge instead of let HK elected their own people, same as British gain more Tax during american revolution.

The US CAPITALISM party didn't follow the treaty of fair election, but used media and Cambridge analytica to sway the election. And silenced Trump. If I am the US govt, I would give the presidency back to trump, and overthrow Biden. Just like how US overthrow the govt of many other countries.

They have the rights to do because its communist China who is against the treaty of Hongkong return from Britain and put their own man in charge. The cities and all properties are their own tax. If they considered it unjustified they could destroy it if they want.
And Biden elections were fair elections that is announced clearly through public. However some certain people contest it because "I didn't vote for him and he isn't my president"
      Conclusion
PR China don't let people vote which is against HK-Britain treaty , so people protests and riots.
USA let people vote fairly but some people don't satisfy with the results so they riots the country.

In the West the Chinese are the bad guys. There is no such thing as freedom in the West, it doesn't exist. It's funny how they say China censors everything while the Western countries are doing it themselves. Here people still believe that there are million of Muslims in Chinese labor camps and that Muslims in China have no freedom. I've seen a docu about Chinese Muslims and they really have more freedom than what we have now here in Europe. It's just the US who's trying to mess up Asia, they already fucked up the Middle East now it's time for China. These stupid protesters have no idea what they're doing just like those dumbass Arabs with their stupid protests who caused wars ending up killing thousands of people. US and Europe are scared for the Chinese economy, China is going a great job simply due the fact that they didn't spend their money in wars for resources like the West did. The journalists here are braindead. Remember back in 2002, what was the reason for invading Iraq? WMD's right? How come no one even mentions the WMD's now? How come Bush jr didn't get a prison sentence? It's hilarious how they say China is dangerous while America keeps invading other countries. Go figure.

Normal Chinese people don't speak English. Even though they are taught it for years for the gau kau they can't speak it. This is partly due to a fear of making mistakes and losing face which is quite widespread from my anecdotal experience, and partly due to an educational system that puts no emphasis on teaching spoken English. Those that speak English effectively typically come from very wealthy families that send them overseas, from young people that are interested enough in American shows and movies(this is predominately a female group), and those that have gotten pushed into English degrees. Those groups are but a small fraction of the Chinese population. They can read and write, though not particularly well. This is true of students even in top 10 universities in China. I know it firsthand as I have seen it firsthand. Nothing about this girl in the video is reflective of an average Chinese either. She's obviously extremely affluent. Your argument is baseless. I know and I hope deep down you know it too even if you don't admit it.

Then again you could just take me out of context and go the nationalist route and take it personally and attack me. I have played that game. Reminds me of the time that I was at a busy bar/lounge in Wuhan with my fiance. Three men asked very nicely if they could share our table, which I was happy to agree to as they were being friendly initially. Of course while I was gone to the bathroom one of them took it upon themselves to compare my fiance to a Japanese whore. I know all the games, all the smokescreens, all the cons. Even on the world health organisation website it said even if you died from something else like a car crash, if you had covid in your body then they said it’s a Covid death. Also because of the fear mongering so many people went to emergency for other respiratory problems that the hospitals just put them in the covid ward without being treated for their other problem and put them on ventilators if they had any trouble breathing. But the venterlaters killed them because they are only designed for people who can’t breath at all. Later they stopped doing this. Also they banned drugs like Ivermectin which were shown to work very well against Covid in early stages. Many more reasons. But while the protestors are making road blocks, the other group of people start to clear the road block.
The fact is,the old man was killed by the people who clear the road blocks, not the protestors who demand for freedom. But as they are in the government's side ,instead of telling the public which party did it,the government just told the government that an old man was killed by a brick, letting many people think that the protestors murdered him.
We(black clothes protestors)don't blame much about the Chinese woman in the video,as the Chinese Government didn't give them the real information ,instead of saying the real situation of hk,telling them what we demand, they tell the Chinese citizens that hk protestors were being paid for protesting.

    1. About HK being part of China
How many of you know any history about HK? HK was taken by force in 1842 after the Opium War, and the British used HK as a port to sell opium to mainland China. The war started when the Chinese government destroying smuggled opium.
    2. About China not being democratic
There is no democracy in a pure sense. There are democratic procedures and democratic government in various forms. We Chinese people never consider democratic as universal suffrage. The majority of the people supported CCP during the war, that is the reason why CCP defeated KMT and came to power. Its rise in power reflects people's will. And we are mostly happy about it. We don't need any non-Chinese to judge our country base on that.
    3. FB and Google were banned because FB facilitated multiple terrorist attacks in China, and they don't comply with the laws in China. Google and CZcams have been spreading anti-Chinese messages with a political agenda, and that's why we banned it.
    4. Five Demands
The Five Demands are meant to ‘humiliate’ government, won’t solve city’s issues, said by Singapore PM Lee Hsien Loong.
    5. About Police using force
Some HK people keep saying they want the rule of law, yet they refuse to obey the rule of law when they go for illegal rallies. Going for illegal rallies meaning you are breaking the law, and the police are law enforcement departments. When they deal with people breaking the law and attacking them, why can't they use force? During the first waves of protests, there are more police officers injured than citizens. Where is the rule of law when law enforcement people are chasing, beaten up and injured by rioters?
    6. Chinese history
Chinese history and modern international history are core classes for every mainland Chinese student. So we all study history, and we all know how HK was taken by the UK. Instead, how many of those shouting here really know any history about China and Asia?
There is a phrase in Chinese called 躺枪,literally meaning you got shot when you were just lying there and did nothing. The very trigger of this wave of protests is the extradition law, it was proposed by the HK lawmakers and Beijing is blamed for that? Tell me what Beijing really did? THB, they really did nothing to HK even until now, except supplying electricity and water, and daily produce to HK, except exempting all the tax revenue from the HK government. HK is legally part of China and it is recognized by the United Nations. And there is nothing wrong if the Central Government requests the HK government to turn in their tax revenue, but the central government never did that. IT IS A PRIVILEGE.
The government leaders proposed a dozen of proposals for reformation, and the HK people denied them. Now HK has lost most of its advantages and many people are blaming Beijing for that. That is irresponsible and pathetic.

It's so clear but most of the protesters can't understand it. Since most of them are ridiculously silly.

Jiabao Zheng yes the opium wars and boxer rebellion was a terrible time but that was a private company distributiog opium. The empress failed to negotiate consuàlt with the British government to ban and arrest the owners of the east india trading company. Instead the empress dedtroyed the ships which brought British military intervention and sadly a small war which ended in a peace deal and a lease of HK with the British vowing to curtail and police the opium criminals. It was unfortunate that a dialogue was not reached. But British trade gave great prosperity to southern China too. Honk kong people learned the ways of western democratic process and law so its understandable that they see that as their preferred goverance. More people choose to leave China than want to move to China does this not tell us something.

Jiabao Zheng The empress gave Hong Kong as a long term lease and Britain honoured that deal. It was on the trade ministers recommendations to the royal court for the benefits to trade. Britain took on the responsibility of customs and opium dealing was virtually eradicated.
