MacBook Pro A1708 Powers on But Does Not Charge Repairs.

There was a SHORT-TO-GROUND ON PPDCIN rail, being the primary power line to the machine from both charging points, there was no stable voltage on the line, not even 5V. I checked around both CD3215s for short, and there was none, I then went on to check the FUSE line, the CC1 and CC2 lines, the MOSFETS, even replaced the charging port, replaced U7000, and many other related components, and still could not narrow down the issue, what I skipped, however, was the PPDCIN RAIL, I was under the impression, that because I checked the FUSE line, that meant that PPDCIN was okay, eventually I realized the issue was a SHORTED cap on the PPDCIN rail, and this was after being thrown off completely. Eventually, we figured out our mistake and then put back all the components we had removed during the troubleshooting phase.
