  • Primož Roglič's Days Could Be OVER After This...
    After 8 days, 1151.3 kilometres, and seeing just about every weather condition possible on the road, Paris-Nice has ended, and Primož Roglič finished in 10th place, with 5 minutes and 33 seconds down on the race leader. A favourite to win it all before the race begun, blew out, and couldn’t match the watts of those ranked above him, which made every fan question Roglič’s current shape. So, is this the beginning of the end for Primož Roglič? Or was it just a preparation ride, where he decided not to show his full potential?

    This guy will fight even when scarred regardless of what people say. Standing up after a fall is his great asset. One day he will surprise us.

    100 different reasons why PN doesn't have to mean shit. Firstly, it was the first ever time he raced in the world tour not at jumbo. His team often wasn't there to cover him in crucial parts. Really early season racing hasn't seemed to be his strength for a while now. Apparently he was ill before the race, something to also take into consideration. It's not the Tour yet and many things can and will happen in the next 3.5 months. Also looks like some physiological changes are being made. One thing about Primoz, he will not give up.

  • @yspegel
    @yspegel Před 2 měsíci +5

    The thing I mostly noticed was often on crucial points, Primoz wasn't covered by his team, even looking for the wheel of former team mates because his current weren't there. Not sure if they weren't there because they never intended to win or the team just has to learn to work as a well oiled machine still and this was just a team practice. Primoz is the type of rider that wil work on team building.

    2 years back in Paris-Nice he was dragged by Wout Van Aert the last climbs and he barely won. Roglic was totally toasted. So i think there is pattern here when it comes to early season racing.

  • @peterderidder9922

    Youre not gonna look in Roglic carts ! Its his intension everyone would think " Roglic is finished " . Its his best chanse to do it like this, so complete out of the picture he can strike while nobody was expecting him annymore ! ! I dont expect him to win the TDF but he will show himselve ;-) . Remember , nobody expected a 39 year old Chris Horner to win the vuelta .
    There no excuses, the roads, weather surcomstances and parcours is for everyone the same in regular stage races ...

    There is no way in hell Roglic is winning a grand tour with Pogacar or Vingegaard. No way, unless those two have some serious issues and cannot finish the race. But what are the odds the two will drop? None.
