    This 28 minute intermediate/Advanced level barre class workout is designed to give you full body definition with a cardio focus. It will tone and stretch your whole body. I was so sore after filming this workout - all over my body, but especially in my legs for about 4 days after, so I know this is going to work those muscles for you.
    The only equipment you will need is set of light weights, a yoga mat, a barre or a chair, kitchen counter or balcony railing to act as your barre!

    I felt a little awkward doing the warm up, but once I got past that I loved it. I always love your classes and sequence’s

      Sorry that you felt awkard Cindy in the warmup - theres a few different moves in there that are a bit more 'dance' than 'barre', so you did well to continue and get through to the barre section! Thanks for the lovely comment, Andrea x
