I made it to a couple conference games that year, but wasn't at this game. Ahearn was a fantastic atmosphere, absolutely deafening.

Richmond and Chievous had some great games against each other, as did Mizzou and KSU in general back in those days. Richmond was a beast.

Go count your final four appearances; a TON of basketball tradition there. Also, we FOREVER will hold the lead on you in basketball. You must REALLY suck to be losing all time to a program that "sucks in basketball".

mizzou sucked from 1985-1995 but before than we were in competion with college football elites i agree that kansas state is great story for college football and kansas state is far more superior than those lousy jayhawks kansas will never know what its like to beat nebraksa and oklahoma on a consistant basis or at all like kansas state and mizzou have hell i would even say iowa state is a better football program than those gayhawks
You stated mizzou owns K-state in all sports, and you look at recent history for basketball. Look at football recent history. You are admitting that k-state owns mizzou football going 15-6 in the last 21. And of those 21 season Mizzou has ended the season ranked 5 times where K-state has 11. Kind of silly just to look at recent history you think?
I don't have a problem with Mizzou, just bold comments that make no sense. I sympathize with Missouri and have always cheered for them to kill KU.

I won't defend K-state from 1990-2005, because it was bad. Your argument against the final fours is just terrible. It was harder to make the tournament then. Fact is that the wildcats have been to double the amount of elite eights that the tigers have (the farthest the tigers have ever gone).
bramlage colliseum sucks compared to ahearn
ur final fours were in the 1950's u had to play one game and than ur were in the final four mizzou in the last 37 ncaa tournaments have been in 25 mean while kansas state has been in the tounament 14 times
mean while in baseball we have 30 ncaa tournament apperances and kansas has 2 mizzzou has 8 world series and kansas has 0 i mean they talk about basketball and everything but when it is all said and done mizzou has balance and kansas is a shitty baseball and football and softball and womens bball and vollyball soccer program and mizzou is evrything else that kansas is not kansas state meanwhile has good prograqms im not trying to say ur kansas at all
