  • My morning routine as a runner. I've been planning a trip and It's been really stressful, but filming this simple video with no words helped calm my mind. Hope you enjoy! This video was inspired by ‪@isabel_paige‬ her videos are always so simple, but at the same time provide so much warmth with few words.
    I started youtube about a year ago and now I'm here trying to improve as a runner, a human being, and a videographer/editor each and every day. Follow along on my journey if you like!

      I admire the people who going to running with sun.
      I live in Colombia, and there's no way i can go out to run under that heat.
      I prefer to go out to run at 4.30 am, city alone, the dark, the cool brezze... 👌

      As a runner you NEED more calories to keep muscle mass and lean tissue than an average person. Listen to your body and feed it good carbohydrates, protein, and fats. I had an eating disorder too and you’re only depriving your body of nutrients if you don’t eat; nutrition is a big part of your performance. Hope you’re doing better :)

    My routine is wake up, roll out of bed, brush teeth, get my water and energy beans, put gear on and out the door, the first mile is my warm up...don't have time during the week to drive somewhere and warm up....weekends yes, but weekdays its impossible.....

      I use a canon m50 when I have someone to film me. When it’s just me on my runs it’s a GoPro Hero 8
