材料:啦啦500克,20克虾米,蒜末,红葱头3颗,1根红辣椒,1根香茅 ,咖喱叶1把
调味料:咖喱粉1勺,1勺酱油,2勺蚝油,1老抽,1勺糖,少许清水
做法:
1. 烧热油爆香虾米,蒜末,红葱头末,红辣椒,香茅末,咖喱叶
2. 倒入啦啦和调味料大火炒匀。
3. 将过盖盖好,焖煮1分钟就完成了❤️

Ingredients: 500g lala, 20g dried shrimps, minced garlic, 3 shallots, 1 red pepper, 1 lemongrass, 1 curry leaf
Seasoning: 1 spoon of curry powder, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 1 dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, a little water
practice:
1. Heat oil and sauté the dried shrimp, minced garlic, minced shallots, red pepper, minced lemongrass, curry leaves
2. Pour in lala and seasonings and stir-fry over high heat.
