Hey everyone, today we are sharing a simple recipe for clams. This recipe will take you no time to prepare and yet is the perfect dish to go with rice. For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
250g Lala Clams
10 pcs dried red chillies
5 cloves of garlic
4 shallots
1 lemongrass
5 sprigs of curry leaves
30g dried shrimps
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp spicy broad bean paste
0.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp curry powder
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp salt
4 slices ginger

Prawns sounds good. Prawns on if you don't mind the hassle of peeling and like to suck the sauce off the shell haha.

broad bean sauce is it Tau Cheong sauce?
No it’s the Chinese sauce that is spicy
