This is the official CZcams channel for Law & Order. My favorite scene from this episode is Cragen reading the headlines. " 'ARTIST HANGS, NOT A PRETTY PICTURE!' Great... this is great."
i'm in love with that lady from the leather shop
Hell, I MET her back in the day. Took me a second, that's Marjorie Monaghan, done a lot of B movies and sci-fi, especially through the 90s. Space Rangers, Babylon 5, Nemesis, etc.
Me too and I don't even think that way!
@@zarachastellaris9016 eh you can be "in love" with someone platonically, not romantically or sexually. anyone can appreciate anyone
Why? She can barely speak, and every line sounded like it was being edited.
@@stacymar684 love that i got a notif from your response so i could be reminded about how much i'm in love with the lady from the leather shop
04:00 love how that curator walks over to the mannequins and looks almost indistinguishable from them with his suit and tie.
6:20
Logan: It gets worse.
Cragen: How could it get worse?
Logan: What would you say that Elizabeth Hendrix is connected to this?
Cragen: That’s worse.
When powerful people are involved it always gets worse.
True
@@ainzooalgownoverlord8913 when powerful people are _existent,_ it always gets worse. Also, sick profile name, bro.
@@seand.g423 getting rid of all the powerful people would solve the world's problems?
When the very rich and powerful who have friends that are politicians then it gets worse😬😬😬😬
@@RonJohn63yes. eat the rich.
Max: no one deserves to die
Criminals who receive the death penalty: did I miss something
She kinda looks like a female version of David Bowie as the Goblin King. Anyone else?
I see it
almost has Bowie's voice. too
"art would be much more pleasant if we didn't have to deal with artists..."
fair enough...just like "Being an adult would be much more pleasant if we didn't have to deal with responsibilities or consequences..."
Plus: that good artists are tortured artists is a myth. That those attract interest, however….
Have to say, I'd buy those leather gloves with the silver chains...gorgeous!
The lady in the bondage/S & M shop looks like a 1980's singer from " TILL TUESDAY"
Aimee Mann. I clicked cuz I thought the same thing.
@@thejudgmentalcat Hi Linda ! The instant I saw her face I had a flashback from the 80's so is it her? I haven't looked up the actresses name in the credits your response to my text has got me in a great & happy mood. Iam just thinking of the odds of anyone recognizing her it's funny
I don't know the actress' name, but I recognize her deep voice. If it's who I think it is, she played the Mars resistance leader on Babylon 5.
EDIT: the actress I'm thinking of is named Marjorie Monaghan. And from looking up Marjorie's list of roles, she was indeed the actress playing the lady in the bondage shop.
crucisnh yeah, iirc she was on Star Trek as well. Good actress
@@thejudgmentalcat Aimee Mann appeared in an episode of Portlandia as a cleaning woman, ha ha.
That should be classic....
Capt: "How can this get any worse?"
Logan: "Elizabeth Hendriks could be involved." (Who's family money "owns the world")
Capt: "That's worse."
Wish this show was on either Prime or Netflix in the UK, I miss it!
Van Gogh cut off a piece of his ear accidentally when drunk
I love the beautiful, talented and interesting Frances Conroy and she is a very actress and she does excellent work as Elizabeth Hendrix on Law&Order where she plays a rich, entitled, cold-hearted and murdering dominatrix well and she is the best.
Marjorie Monahan is such an underappreciated actor. Does well in every role she takes - too bad she hasn't gotten more screen time throughout her career.
tall women have a problem getting roles
@@toomanyaccounts A good point, I love tall women by the way.
Really?
The hot six-foot tall blonde is Marjorie Monaghan probably best remembered as Number One/Tessa Halloran from Babylon 5:).
That's such a great show
God, I think I met her like 15 years ago at a convention. Also loved her on the show Space Rangers as a kid, and the underrated cyborg shoot em up movie Nemesis.
I think she digs me
Anyone notice that the bar tender is the jogger that got killed at the beginning of Pet Cemetery? Dude gives me the heediejeedies
Pascal!
Thought he looked familiar!
Omg he is! Pale as ever...
Blonde haircut from 'Til Tuesday. Love it.
I wouldn't be surprised if Logan had a few "Sessions" with the six-foot tall blonde amazon (Introduced at 2:40).
One of my favorite episodes.
4:45
I love the acting of the detective not knowing how to digest the response and just moving on lol
Logan be buying coffee for everyone.
I wanted to see the rest of this episode. They always cut it off when it starts to get really interesting.
The actress playing Elizabeth Hendrick is Frances Conroy of American Horror Story fame. She was 46 in this episode.
No idea why there keep showing up in my recomended but i don't mind it
LOL1!$
hey man, it's law & order, if you ask me, not liking at least one of the L&O's is just plain unamerican.
derp I’m not american 🤭
@@pienweierink sorry, as an american, i am not aware of other nations. O_o
The best Law an Order Episodes for me are 1-3!
George Dzundza is great. Cool name that's hard to pronounce and spell but he's had a good run. Miss seeing him active. He rocked a bit part in No Mercy as Richard Gere's character's cop-boss and has knocked around the biz for decades, always a welcome presence.
The way this clip ends is kind of funny 😆
The thumbnail looks like it belongs to a NewRetroWave video :D
Watching all these clips shows Greevey to be probably the most complex TV character ever written.
Yep, a wonderful character. It’s a shame it only lasted one season.
The iron bar owner should have used cameras. This is why false confessions happen.
Security cameras were expensive in 1990.
@@cliffsteel01 Going to prison because you didn't have the evidence to clear your name is more.
@@shayd1984triton cameras back then were also crappy. even 20 years ago most security cameras were black and white with crappy resolution. wonder anyone was able to see anything on them
"That's worse"
Lol
These clips are excellent.
The detectives crack me up!
Art would be much more pleasant if we didn't have to deal with artists...
The look on his face at 4:46, lol...
I knew someone who said she wanted to own a business but have no employees.
She got into Amway.
The bartender at the Iron Bar was Pascow in the original Pet Sematary.
“Pax-cow”.
When powerful people have this kind of fetish
Myrtle Snow always had great taste in accessories.
Frances Conroy is such a excellent actress 👍
I want some coffee
"How can it get worse?"
NO! You NEVER ask that!!
I don't think a police detective would ever say, "No one deserves to die.", especially after dealing with the scumbags they arrest.
I thought he was going to say, no one deserves to die that way 🤷🏻♀️
That is one spooky lady
Ok is it just me or is the actress who plays Elizabeth Hendrix the same one who plays old Moira in the first season of AHS¿¿
Yeap, is her
Watch Six Feet Under.
I Like The Way She Says: "Vat Tanned1!$"
Good Morning Scan
I swear, that bartender looks like my last boyfriend...
I just realized Logan’s partner was probably their trial an error at the good-but-angry detective which they perfected with Stabler in SVU.
Law and order right now

The lady in the leather shop reminds me of Aimee Mann from til Tuesday.
She has appeared in several sci fi tv shows using an Amazon or powerful woman role. Babylon 5 was Number 1 the Mars resistence leader.
She was at one point considered for the role of T'Pol on Star Trek: Enterprise
marjorie managhan (I was told this above...lol.. I couldn't place her!)
Til Tuesday nicee
When ya gonna put all the episodes on peacock?
Aimee Mann has a second job I see.
lol That's who I thought she was.
That pixie girl... is it just me or does she look like Geena Davis
That dude was pascow from pet cemetery, creepy.
Sick btx
anyone else getting live action Mitsuki Bakugo from mha vibes from the leather shop lady?
If you goggle Marjorie Monaghan. in some of her pictures, when she was younger, she looks like a young version of Jessica Lange....when Jessica was in the King Kong movie.
No
Anyone know how this ended

Used to love this show till I realized it should be retitled 'Bad Cops' or 'Violations of the Constitution'
Arrest the calfskin glove guy. Who kills a damn baby for gloves? Or any reason.
I mean, it's just the hide from veal calves.
Byproduct of Wiener schnitzels
Didn't figure Logan for being such a prude
He is a good Catholic man 😊
The world of the rich and powerful and BDSM/Bondage and Sadomasochism is explored in this episode Law & Order, it is a very secretive and taboo world and it is still is but it more mainstream now because of Fifty Shades Of Grey books and movies, the world of dominatrix, master and slaves, whips, chains and other leader stuff, the world of fetishism.
And wrongly portrayed in 50 shades as well
Sadly 50 shades of Grey did a poor job of potraying/representing the BDSM community.
First
Iya ya Allah.
