Bespoke pie mould!!

I’ve been looking for a decent pie mould for ages now. There ain’t much out there and what there is is the bog standard size and shape that every pub uses. So I had a chat to those amazing folk @nethertonfoundry to see if they could knock up a special size for me. Not too big, not too small - striking dimensions that’ll give you a perfect filling to pastry ratio. And they only went and did it first time! Proper solid with a removable base (stamped with the Netherton button ❤️) & a flared top that gives you scope to muck about with designs and crimping (admittedly I didn’t do too much of that with this first batch). And wow, best steak and kidney pie I ever had. Thanks Neil, Sue & the gang! This one needs an award!!! See you soon.
