True, but what is the fault of the daughter. She should not feel ashamed, her father getting arrested at the time of her marriage ceremony. Hon'ble Justice Ashutosh Kumar maintained the balance while passing the order. I truly admire him.
Option B: The honorable Court would have also directed the petitioner to join the investigation while protecting him against any coercive action by police / excise authorities till such time the accused cooperative or 20th May whatever is earlier...

Every criminal related will suffer some way or other.
The criminal itself is accountable to his/her family not the judiciary.

Lawyer is pleader and sometimes its afressed as if he himself is the party.

English is the official language of the court... why every hindi sneaking person thought that hindi is the only language in this country... I f we speak assamese can you understand... or in the court room is it possible that all the person know assamese... then why you want hindi all over the places... you speak hindi...well enough...but expecting all the indian speak hindi despite they have have their own languages is ridiculous
