I don't understand basis of this law on "Marriage Promise".
If you don't want to have sex with anybody except your husband, then why can't you wait to get married?
How can you put someone in jail based on a vague claim of conditional consent?
Judge said, "Your intention was to have physical pleasure with her, but not marry her"... Yes, So What??? Why is it necessary for anybody to want to marry someone, if they want to have sex?
Also, usage of the word "exploitation". Having sex with a woman is exploiting her? Is there no world where a woman doesn't enjoy sex? Is sex a one-way pleasure?

There's a difference between having consensual sex where both the parties are on the same page and then not marry or part ways later and getting a consent from the girl to have sex with a FALSE PROMISE TO MARRY WITH AN INTENT TO HAVE SEX AND NOT MARRY LATER. See consent was given only when she was convinced that they would marry in the future. There's a malice intent when the consent was taken FRAUDULENTLY which reflects mens rea i.e. criminal mind. Hence, it is indeed rape as it should be.
You can refer to Deepak Gulati v. State of Haryana 2013 for more clarity on the subject.
There's a difference between having consensual sex where both the parties are on the same page and not marrying later or part ways later and FRAUDULENTLY getting consent with a FALSE PROMISE TO MARRY WITH NO INTENT TO MARRY. There's malice intent involved when the consent was taken FRAUDULENTLY WHICH REFLECTS MENS REA i.e Criminal mind. It is indeed rape as it should be
Is there any law where a guy can file a case against women for being in a relationship for years and had consensual sex with a promise of marriage and later girl declined and got married to her parents choice. Plz reply if any legal expert could answer.

No law of this type exists, especially in a biased country like India.
Promise of marriage cannot be seen as a weapon of rape. Marriages too can and do breakdown so why not relationships.

In my opinion this kinds of case shall not be registered of sex on false promise because as she is an adult she know what is wrong and right for her how can a man bully her on false promise of marriage, better she say no to him and ask him first do marriage and then do whatever you want to do... don't let anyone exploit youself...

Why women should have sex without marriage and then file case
The judges unbiased eyes examines every iota of doubt in the pettition and the respondent statement. The advocate who stands should be openminded to submit the factual position enlightening the honorable judge and the suffering of law to get the justice. This never happens . It was observed that the promise was to obtain physical pleasure or refusing marriage on ugly grounds.

The question is what is false promise of marriage?
The answer is - If you promise to marry the girl and refuse to marry after sex just because you promised it to get sex. It is different than you promise to marry and differences got created over the time.
