The observation of the single judge is absolutely correct. It is impossible for an examinee to exchange the answer script by previous year's answer by the student himself alone in the exam hall. It must be exchanged later on by the help of corrupted employees/authority at any level of evaluation of the answer script. Hence the enquiry should be made to find out how & who r involved in this matter.
if the answer paper of one student was tampered outside of the examination hall then what integrity does the exam has? entire exam needs to be cancelled to be fair

sir mera medical issue ho gaya tha hum high court mei fill kiya tha court order me to do fee and do exam but university delay me to provide admit card and even they people don't collect or receive my money they rejected me de accept my money therefore my two exam absent ho gya kya kre ab kuch ho sakta h mera final year h

At the first place, it is not a henious crime. When you expel a student, in India there is no way of a decent income. The student life is spoilt. That leads him to commit crime to get money by any means. And we don't have a good education system till date. The important thing is that in education, the students should be taught in a way in which they will ll be interested in studies. The teachers should not make the subject boring by their wsy of teaching. The environment should be friendly in the midst of discipline. And studies should not be exam oriented until they are matured. In fact there shouldn't be exams at all. Gett my point. By the way the judge was very correct. And if at all the child commits a henious crime, the authorities who were responsible to expel the child should be held responsible and those authorities should be severely punished for spreading crime in the society. Get my point. Think deeply before you comment next

Ek dum sahi bola aapne. Kisiko ye dimag me nahi aata. Student k zindagi ka. Bas expel karna. Student k dhimag par kya asar hoga aur Aage jaake kya karega ye koi b nahi sochta. Asp jaisa bahuth kam hai apne Bharat me jo soch k comment karte hain
