As a retd bank employee I wonder how they have opened wrong locker. Not once but three to four times the name of owner of locker tobe opened is checked, 99.5% no mistake is committed, how these things happened is a wonder

Indian cases go on years and years, I ask why indian judicial systems is so slow?.
Fantastic judge. I wish my company's cheque bouncing case was referred to such a person. I attended every hearing while the accused and his lawyers hardly did. Finally, when the accused was arrested and produced before the court he was granted bail on some dubious surety which my lawyers strongly objected to, but the court set him free. He was never seen again.
The accused had also cheated other suppliers and his bank. Yet, he was granted bail!
