@@nirajjha6121 judge only play referee. Players are executive who actually maintains law and order . Judge like referee only see that players(executive) dont cheat and bend rules and play fairly. And you very well know that star of the games are players not referee.

It is important for a judicial officer to have practising experience to understand the practical concept of the law in order to implement it as desired by its legislative intent. Thats why for an entry grade, minimum 3 years practising experience is a must
Practical experience is not necessary rather the pattern of exams of some states should be changed for eg UP MP Bihar, lets take example of delhi judicial service or haryana judicial service. DJS is so far best judicial exam and one of the toughest exam of india because it is based on practical approach rather than rot learning. Moreover 3 year practice by an advocate is not a guarantee that he will be a competent judge i have seen a number of instances where advocates even having practised for 5 6 years don't know substantive provisions of law.

arey paisa khaya hoga vo judge, pattern of exam ka kuch lena dena nahin hai iise aur 3 saal ka experience vale lawyers ko bhi dekha hai maine jyadatar below average hi hotey hai agr vo lower courts se hai to.

Nowadays in lower judiciary basic element of understanding of discipline of law is missing because maximum officers in lower judiciary are non practitioners. Such kind of series of incidents are very common. High courts in every state should reconsider the recruitment process in lower judiciary.

Law chakra, have you yourself checked the impugned order before making the video. Words often create ambiguity even in orders of top courts. In body it says something in contradiction to the operative part of the order. Lower courts read orders many times. May like examine things factually.
One thing more order had not been clarified so accused will still be harassed. For the sake accused more speaking order should have been passed.

The HC had said that the petitioners should get bail if they surrender. The lower court judicial magistrate didn’t understand the order and rejected the bail.

agar ias ips , dgp ki class laga sakte hai High court judges , toh trial court ke judges ki class kyu nahi lagni chahiye. why trial court judge should not be ordered to present himself physically before the court so as to explain the reason of seeking modifications without being able to comprehend the clearly laid down order of high court. why trail court should not be held under inquiry and examination. Why he should not be given warning of being failed to comply with the order of high court. why contempt proceedings should not be initiated against him.
