He is superb and intelligent Judge

Unfortunately there is dearth of such type of judges in Indian courts because of which innocent people are being tortured by police being instigated by politicians, rich and influential persons.
The practice of the time is as follows.
1. Lodge a number of false FIRs against somebody by different persons under different Sections by bribing the police officers to enhance the antecedent.
2. Lodge an FIR against the targeted person under section 307 by paying bribes to the complainant and the police and get a fake and fabricated favourable medical certificate by paying to the doctor.
3. Hire a reputed lawyer to mislead the competent court for rejection of the antecipatory bail.
4. Pay the police to get him arrested on Friday since bail in lower court cannot be filed next day. The accused will be forwarded to the jail.
5. Pay the jailer to torture and harass him.
6. Bails in JFMC, Session and High court shall be rejected on the ground of so many antecedents.
7. The courts will act as per the FIR, Charge sheet, Medical report and other fabricated documentary evidences.
8.He shall be mentally, physically and
emotionally tortured to obey undue wishes of the conspirator to get rid of it.
9. Mission of rich, powerful and influential fulfilled under the nose of the judiciary.
10. Conspirator, police, medical officer will enjoy in parties.
