And also the bug where sbmm isn’t a thing. My highest kd is like 1.2 and my highest rank is plat 4 yet EVERY enemy is a master/pred with 7 million kills 18 billion dmg, 143 thousand assists, 20 bomb 4k
And my teammates are bronze 4 0 kills 0 dmg 0 assists autistic skibidi toilet enjoyers

Your not lying ranked players are braindead morons , it gets so tiring as a solo q player. You know how frustrating it is to get 2 randos that die with 1 getting 0 damage and the other getting 40? And it's over and over again.
EA/Respawn just needs to bite the bullet and hire admin teams to monitor cheat reports live so they can spec the player as reports come in, run a scan or just visually confirm and instantly ban. It's how FPS games dealt with cheaters forever when server lists and private servers were a thing in early COD or Battlefield. It's not the best solution but it's more ideal than whatever they have implemented currently. They have the money to hire 10-15 people for the team on rotating shifts; hell they can work from home even and do this. GET IT DONE. A great game doomed to a slow death by rampant cheating.
By the amount of cheaters you have, 15 people is a drop in the ocean, it's not just people with wallhacks and aimbots...
Your idea is good, they just need to implement the death cam feature that was recently added to Mix Tape into BR pubs & ranked, and review those clips instead (perhaps with the aid of AI).
It doesn't make much sense that hackers are so resourceful and cunning with using a 2nd PC with AI and EA with practically bottomless funding, can't or won't implement their own AI to counter it
@@graeliengrayson937 It's not my idea it's just how FPS games used to be for PC. Teams or "clans" would buy their own server to host lobbies for a game (running a server isn't that hard or expensive) and members of the clans/teams would have admin privileges and if someone was reported, they were spectated and banned never be allowed in. And if they somehow came back in, instantly kicked back out. Eventually they tire and go for easier non-regulated lobbies. The power was in our hands. Can you imagine the number of people who would admin FOR FREE if some of these orgs were allowed to host their own servers (TSM servers, DZ, XSET, etc). Sure there were default servers for the game the studio provided BUT they were always filled with rampant cheaters of course with no admin to regulate the lobby. EA is just a dogshit company penny pinching and could care less about Apex slowly dying. They've made their money. (a lot of it) That's the real kicker. All efforts are in vain tbh, but bringing back privately hosted servers I feel could keep this game alive. A safe place for fans to go and not be so frustrated. Oh yeah also no SBMM for private servers ;)

I concur with you. It’s ridiculous how much the cheating is going unanswered. I mean I work my job 50+ hours a week and still put in a couple hours each day to competitively grind rank. I’ve run into too many hackers both enemy and random squad members. I just want to enjoy the game

im about to give up. on console they are blatantly asking in the open on the xbox network for 6 man and 9man teams. getting wrecked in every game mode because matchmaking is shit. nothing fun about this game for a casual new player anymore

It's also hard to tell since they can know when they are being spectated, so they can just turn things off whenever they are being spectated, so it's hard to tell if the person is cheating or not when you are spectating, what I do is I choose one of the teammates who maybe isn't cheating and when they engage with a squad and the sus one is firing you switch for the sus one, I've caught some of them like that, but not everyone has time for that...

I did this same strat back when the spectators icon still existed. Now days they can choose automatic change for settings. Cheats have come a long way if you fallow the conversation every now and then, on cheat forums.
They need to take this game off the old titanfall servers and update the entire game like fortnite did. They can monitor the game easier and create new ways to get rid of cheaters faster that way.
Console 70% of diamond-pred have zens, xim or strike packs this need to be addressed too. The game on console feels unplayable in ranked.

Hacking won't be fixed until they find a way to press people legally for it. Start handing out fines in court and the hackers will be a fraction of what they were. These developers make enough money to find a remedy to this problem. And they lose enough from people disengaging from the game after getting rolled by hackers to motivate them. At this point I'm in the "developers/publishers are somehow benefitting from the hackers" boat. Fighting hackers is a never ending battle but the state of apex is unacceptable. Pure neglect and lack of effort by respawn and EA

@@mattjtx93it creates a greater risk for the account holder to use cheat clients. Instead of creating a new account for free, they have to fork over money each time they do so.

I think at this point they might as well fire the whole security team. They dont deserve jobs if they aren't doing anything about it. I mean the cheaters are literally out there taunting Hideouts because they know they can cheat as long as he is there.
And yet they get rid of ALOT of other ppl..who actually did good jobs..but keep hideouts..who is a streamers personal bam hammer...he does no good for anyone else other than big streamers..so yeah..id say get rid of him and make big changes to how ppl get ban in this game..theres to many losers running around..pretending they are good..and actually maybe making money from them lies they tell.
the unfortunate truth is that without invasive anti cheat systems like whats in Valorant/riot games the number of cheaters will always be high. Even with that type of anti cheat we would still have cheaters in a game mostly Wall hackers at that point but I think it would be better than having blatant aimbotters

cheaters have always had the power, the difference is there is a 10,000% increase in the cheater community making it a much more obvious. NO anti cheat detects cheats until they are updated to do so or the cheat uses a method that has already been detected, it quite literally means the cheat developers have all control, when they release is when the clock starts ticking for anti cheat devs, by the time the devs update the anticheat to detect method, 18 other methods have already been made. this is why privatized cheats don't get detected, the devs can't figure out the method in which they use easily or at all, with forums, and videos explaining step by step teaching and explaining how to code, how to develop cheats, ect, more and more privatized cheats there are meaning less and less people getting banned, while more and more cheaters appear.
My team got ran down by a cheater using a hemlock full auto 😂 with aim lock … the fact I’m on console.. and it was silver 1 😂 I can’t imagine diamond and up 😢

These people are clearly doing this to get a rise out of Apex fans and outright telling them they "Have power" when in reality they are wasting hours of their lives needing cheats to be good at Apex and pretending anyone cares about em will only embolden them
Youre assuming the cheaters just want power. Its also not just apex. Every single game that has any form of pvp is infested with cheaters now days. Multiplayer at least at a pub level is going to be dead soon if this keeps up. Private invite only matches will become the norm.

Respawn has failed to do anything on the cheating situation, and most people are exhausted encountering cheaters in their games. They want to play this game because it's fun at its core, but the neglect from Respawn to do anything right has forced players to simply cheat instead.
None of this would happen if the devs knew how to do their job.

Honestly I'm a casual 48hrs a week Dad that only plays on Days off and I play from 9 p.m till maybe 2 a.m so I do t really see cheaters alot and I'm on console or maybe I do run into them but I can't tell because again I do t play enough to know when and if it happens ,although there are times when I'm like no way I got taken down way to fast that has to be a cheater idk.
It's because in There are no cheaters, but there is no denying that they also have little things on their controllers, which is the zen chronous or the strike pack I guess how many subnormals those devices will have, I imagine if they played face-to-face games they would be absolute shame if the same thing that happened with Don Lucky in Lan from war zone boasted to be top 150 and turns out to be a cheater who misses all the bullets despite the fact that those in charge of lending them a controller in the same way did not give all.

I was playing solos yesterday night. I was feeling confident, I wanted that 20 badge so badly so I landed hot and manage to secure 18 kills, the last 3 were teaming and they ended up killing me. Cheaters suck.
So many people use wallhack in this game. No aimbot, but if you spectate after death you'd be shocked hom many people walk around with way more info than they should have. Just straight up looking through people's walls
So I got over 3,000 damage and still haven’t gotten my badge. New bug hope others aren’t dealing with it

Respawn gave up on fixing anything and fighting cheats, they decided to just give us solos.... Ive seen the most cheaters in solos this season and here i was thinking "ranked must be good if all the cheaters came to solos" but guess not...

Well it would help if places like walmart and gamestop didn't sell the strike packs. I have ran into many little kids that have them and will tell you they have them and say it isn't cheating they sell it at gamestop or my mom got it at walmart it cant be cheating.

Nobody is talking about the newcastle bug. I know its because not many people play him but i do. There's a bug where you drop his ult and your castle walls dont appear but you can still hear the electrified wall audio where the castle wall should be.

In solo mode, I only go against top tier streamers/preds/cheaters and people with literally 10x the amount of kills I have lol. Apex shouldn’t have PUB MATCHES as cranked with sbmm as they are. Ranked is legit easier than my pubs

Well, I’m not going take this season seriously into, I get my ranked rewards from split 1 from season 20, and 6mans/ 9mans and cheaters are held accountable and does of us get are ranked rewards we rightfully deserved and earned, I still wish we didn’t get ranked split last season because imo ranked splits are pointless at this point imo it screwed over a lot of the player base hard work and well earned progress to not even get what we rightfully earned from last season is a huge slap in the face from respawn to the apex legends community.

Isnt there a way to just ban the entire HWIP address or something? Or does it not matter? That way they completely boot out the system. And i get that more than one person uses a system or whatever, but if you are straight up hacking, then you should know the consequences and have that on your head if your HWIP is banned.

DMA cheating has ruined many competitive games (Apex, Cod, Tarkov, Etc.) and there's not much any game can do about it because the game has no idea your cheating. Whoever can figure out a way to stop DMA cards could make the goat anti cheat.
Seems to me that Respwan just want cheaters on the game, otherwise they would have find out a way to stop people from creating multiple accounts. And then you have all the undetectable soft cheats running rampart in every match while the security team spend their time in social media.
BTW the worst time to play is at late hours. Predators and Masters in 3-stack in every single game in pubs along with random cheaters that you might encounter. Game is a mess for solo Q legal players which most of the time are pair with newcomers.

I run into more cheaters than actual players. 7/10 people I spec have no recoil or show no recoil control and have impossible movement with a macro. Macros are rampant nvm other cheats.
So, how is this person cheating? Literally looks like every pro I've ever seen. Misses no shots and doesn't have to move at all to smooth recoil. Smh

Agree. Its just the possibility of it being a job, and the fact that most kids are growing up wanting to be famous internet creators. There had always been cheating, i remember playing halo2 and once you got high enough rank every single match had cheaters and in order to play fair it was a battle to see who got host for the p2p connection, if the cheater got host they could inject and use their mods to win for free. Then the cheating stopped for quite a while. I played thousands of matches of halo3 and never once ran into a cheater. I played thousands of matches between the cods and all current cods had no cheaters.(old abandoned cods were flooded with hackers) and i would say the flood gates opened up around when ow1 released, thats where i started to notice suddenly everyone was a god at video games, everyone had crazy awareness. And here we are today where cheating has just become a pure cancer. And honestly i dont even care about obvious cheaters, guys using obvious hard aimbot and walls. But to me its the closet cheaters, the people trying to pass as legit while cheating their asses off that are the worst and doing the most damage.

They should have the Valorant Anti cheat system. But i say that those who cheat, should have the account banned with the IP address as the main source, meaning that if your banned, you wont be able to make a new account with the same consoles/PC

I think Apex needs to spend quite a bit of that microtransactions they've been getting by selling 200 plus dollar heirlooms on staff to clean up the cheating. I'm not dissing any of the current staff, just saying they need more people to do the job as it's a never ending battle.
If I have to pay respawn to play in none cheater lobby’s that are full of them and the top preds and kill grinders I will. I’ll drop 100 a day for that. Just please put me in lobby’s that are at my skill level. Love playing this game but hate how it makes me feel like I’m so much worse than what I actually am. It’s a joke.
