That's not how " kids works", like really.
Kid will cheat on games because it's fun... that's it, it's not about skill, it's not about going up on rankeds (mostly)... kids will cheat because they find it funny as much as they'll ruin a game, ANY GAME BY TROLLING because they'll get a laugh out of it, they lack the maturity to play fair MOST of the time, obviously there's also those that do not like to cheat but those that do it, it's because they got bored playing fair and now find it fun to cheat at that game as much as you would cheating on a single player game like GOD MODE on some games.
Now an 17 - 18 years old or ADULT cheating on a multi player games is straight up sad, i can understand if they do it on a single player game to have some fun and laiughs but doing it on a pvp game just to fuel their ego is... just... sad.
The game is probably on it last legs. On console 75% of diamond-pred are using Zens, xims or strike packs lol 😂. Imagine cheating on a free game how much lower in life can they get 🤣

I've clipped and reported the SAME predator that has killed me while blatantly cheating multiple times, having Bangalore heirloom and prestige skin, would smoke, then 1 clip people through it while I was spectating. Nothing done about it. I just quit the match if I see them in my lobby now because they aren't going to do anything about it because these people are the ones buying the overpriced cosmetics.

i met that same guy!! i spectated him for a few seconds and he was clearly able to see see people through the walls and had an aimbot! oneclipping people with an R-99 with no scope at a distance that you would need a 3x to at least one clip!
So many games have an anti cheat system that surpass apex. With all the micro transactions you can't tell me you can't afford a better system or staff. Cheap ass company

Unless they add something like/or the exact Riot anti-cheat that valorant has, there will be no difference in the current amount of cheaters on apex. At least then, they can flush out a big chunk of DMA users and a few internal providers. Sadly, it's only a temporary fix.
Nope. Unless they add a paywall, people will cheat. 20 euro/usd for ranked and you will filter a lot of them because 10 banned accounts will be 200 usd... They are paying for the cheat subscription, but I really do not think they will pay again and again and again. Plus, you need to buy apex coins so EA will have your data. Do not know if coins could be purchased via paysafe...

@SkyfaII if it is one time for account, not every split or season, why not? Like you have said, they are asking crazy amounts for pixels and a lot of people will pay. They will say outrageous price and click buy. I am sure it would filter a lot of legit players too, but it would help in cheating department.

As I was playing the Apex the other day, I noticed….. nobody misses a shot lmao I actually chalked it up to getting older and not being able to game as much but now because of the new Que system I’m stuck in the lobby watching and it’s gettin pretty obvious something is going on other than everybody being Hal at the game
Yea, no other fps I play do I get beamed like that. Becomes obvious how many people have walls or literally no recoil when you spectate.

I stopped playing since 2022 and just came back to see what's up. At first I was so glad about the new cool things. I jumped into some warm ups, and then hopped into ranked. Then it all came back to me. The more I win, the more I got queued into cheater lobbies. People just constantly beaming from a mile away, bravely pushing all fights like they know where you're at. It's just crazy! Nothing changed! Same game, cheater squatter game. The one thing that is outrageous is that there is always 3 teams that swarm the moment you engage into one... it feels they are always teaming with each other because they don't fight each other unlike normal 3rd parties do.
Saw this. Ran into a squad hiding in a building. My squad nearly wiped them until another squad came in and killed us. I spectated to watch the team that killed us drop a respawn beacon for the other squad and push back to the spot where they set up to ambush unsuspecting players. Wash rinse repeat.
@@Screlz Most of the cheaters now are experienced enough to have good aim and movement that they just simply abuse wall hacks. Pings stuff from off screen and poof! There's a team...
@PoisonousRakun Yep. At this point its easy to tell who is honestly cracked with movement and shooting and those who you know are blatantly cheating. The movement aim pros i honestly respect because they push me to be better. But when you have those same folks you talk about that just KNOW where everyone is and beam them from where ever. Thats what truly makes me not wanna play. This game is so fun and yet so frustratingly sad thanks to the hackers.
season 20-21 has been hard to rank up with all the cheaters stomping lobbies !
I might have to spectate more because I get beamed with some insane accuracy and sometimes it just doesn’t feel right but I never stay and watch.

Don't forget that some of those cheaters are doing it as A JOB! Yes as a job.
I know for a fact that there is an unofficial company "which I will not state the name" who they are having employees, providing them with all the necessary tools to cheat on multiple games.
So then they have sessions , from 20:00 to 22:00 employee A will boost the team XYZ on Apex.
From 22:00 to 00:00 will boost the team ABC on Apex.
And so on and there are actually a lot of people who will hire these people just because they are sweating to get a higher ranked status.
Honestly I am so happy that in 700 hours (more or less) playing Apex I have probably played 5 ranked games in total. I play normal trios just for fun. No sweat or grinding.
The irony is there actually is a very good way to stop the cheaters. EA / respawn just aren't willing to put in the time. Increase the heck out of the required level to play ranked and then actually stop the bots. If people had to grind and play a lot to play ranked it would matter but you have to catch cheating accounts a lot faster than they have been to push that punishment and get the cheaters out of ranked. Level 20 is a joke and they aren't doing anything about the leveling bots.

I’ve stopped playing a lot of BR’s and COD multiplayer for this reason. It just doesn’t feel like an authentic experience anymore.

@@sorrybutimnotsorry I actually don't follow. Do you mean that in that the hackers will be stuck in other game modes? Like sure it doesn't solve that problem but they also haven't been doing anything about that nor do I expect they will given the free to play nature of the game. I am not suggesting that making it harder to hack in ranked will do anything for the rest of the game modes but its also something that comes at a minimal cost in that attaining even level 50 is relatively easy. I had a friend make a gimmick during the time that lvl 50 was required and he was to level within a month on that account.

It's sad that this is a thing because we as players get killed, we don't think they just had better position, gun play, or just plain old out played. We all think how did they do that? Were they cheating? Or just blatantly saying they are cheating. Apex will never be the same as time goes on due to the increase of cheaters every season.

Grinding from plat 1-2 is always aweful. They match you in pred lobbies and you either get run down by cheaters or pros. I feel like in a perfect world with no cheats I could go from middling diamond to at least getting masters most seasons
Ran into two teams cheating in tanked hiding together. After killing me and my teammates escaped, all shooting immediately stopped and they continued chilling together. The worse part? This was going on in multiple pois. The killfeed being filled with the same people killing each other

Its not only apex. It's pretty much to a point each pvp game is riddled with the 'get good kid' closet cheaters.
Just throwing this out there, I’ve never cheated in a first person shooter game and have hit masters in apex for past 4 seasons. There are a ton of cheaters, but they’re not all powerful and are prone to make mistakes like taking the wrong fights at the wrong time and getting thirded. The ones who are really a problem are the kids who team.
I stop playing ranks and the cheater encounters is way less now, at some point I'll just quit this game all together
I ran into teamers today in solos mode on console. I run into them all the time because nothing is being done about them. You either run into cheaters or top 100 preds because there is no SBMM either. I am not going to play for 2 or 3 hours just to get 1 fair game. They need to fix it and hideouts needs to be replaced. I don't care if he is trying to do his job, it's not good enough and he already has a reputation for catering to PC pros and content creators. It's time for him to go. And it is time to completely redo SBMM this version is clearly not working.

I was waiting for Solos but i think im not gonna even touch it, i already can imagine the experience.

Games just need to throw out the ideas of tournaments and cash prizes. The competitive nature of games is ruined. Theres no point in hosting these events anymore. Gaming as a whole needs to be shifted to a more casual and content creator focused environment. Because the cheating will just get worse and worse.

I agree but sadly this won't solve anything but only bandaid for the time being. It will rule out casual cheaters who don't have a setup, but there is cheats that can be used on a secondary pc. Or there is even motherboard models that hardware ban proof.

My friend that I normally play with (we’re both average diamond players) he normally doesn’t agree when I call cheats, but this season he’s called cheats so many fucking times-even known names that were used to like imperial halal or other funny names. It’s not even been aimbot either, mainly walls.

This was before they upped their subscription bundle with easy anti-cheat with the new season, cheaters are worse than ever atm after the updated anti-cheat and they are so bad they are playing in as low as plat gold lobbys. Got smoked by cheaters in every game for 4 hours straight while hideouts is beefing with people about 1 guy he banned that would have already been cheating on another account, pathetic.
Should be arrested for tampering with product. Cheating should either get you arrested or your IP address given a warning and then automatic banned IP. IDC I'm harsh like that.
Fun fact my main account worth a bag got perma banned for saying in chat a guys name it was like AGSHAIT sumn like that but the last part was a swear and I typed it.

One of the bans for me was, someone being extremely toxic and attack us in chat. I said 1 word back and blocked/muted him. I got banned for a week, they didn't. My friend didn't either, who didn't mute him and kept talking shit back and forth for a while.
They might ban you for saying "gg" too. I stopped writing in chat completely. Tho I barely play anyway now, and only mixtape. It's cancer. (even there it's full of smurfs and cheaters tho)

Season 2 i was 6th in the world for Watson across all platforms (i was on ps4 and this was in kills) but i took a long hiatus, came back for a bit but noticed too many fishy deaths. Then my team got straight beamed from 200+ meters by a shiela. I put the game down after that. Before the beam me and two friends actually won against a teamed 6 man. We had caustic and rampart on our team luckily and fought inside a two door entrance building, kept throwing walls and traps constantly and we each got rez'd like 2 times minimum, i got rez'd 3 lmao. They were constantly pushing both sides and then would switch sides and never once fought eachother which is how we knew they were teaming.

I played with my buddy who lives in Hong Kong. His servers are unplayable. Either their filled with cheaters because that’s the culture in Asian countries or they’re filled with bots. There’s no in between. We had to use my host and he was lagging bad but there was nothing we could really do. Plus the low tick servers doubles the fuckage.

I played solos yesterday. I was top 10. Saw 5 people land together and annihilated my health and shield. Got dropped by a masters just to watch that masters get jumped by those 5 people as well.
