Can I know how to bake a cake. Time, temperature mode and heat level

hi .u can bake 170-180⁰c for 30 to 45 mins (up and down element's with or without fan ) or until toothpick comes out clean .
i always preheat 10-15mins for recipe temperature.
always place the cake in the middle of the rack.

For melting cheese and all which option u choose..I have this same oven and idont how to use..

for melting chees in otg u can do steaming method.pour some water into a source pan add steam basket then put chees bowl(use oven safe bowl) and steam using baking mode.
or u can do it Easley in de microwave oven or double boil. melting on the stove top (low heat) also works.
when u grill chees sanvich, lasagna with mozzarella or cheddar u can use oven grill method for few minutes.once the chees became golden color remove it from the oven.otherwise it will burn.

for reheating purpose you can get microwave oven.
