17 U.S. Code § 107 - Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use

Floor recently ( before this was uploaded) had to have surgery for kidney stones and she is recovering from that, and also to de pandemic restrictions .That's why she is in home studio . If it was a recent recording after she had her surgery then it super impressive that she could perform like that.

Well, in a lot of cases you`ll have to do quite some amount of research to find out what was the true original and what the cover(s). For example "I will always love you" by Houston is a cover, the original is Dolly Parton. Not everbody knows that. But about the song in this video: Both versions have their own quality. Any preference is just a matter of taste. In this instance I tend to favor the original. There is just a touch too much work on the sound here. But both are good. Thanks for reacting! Most of the time wikipedia is your best friend to research stuff like that.
